Excellent service and lovely product
As always, speed of expediting an order and delivery and regular updates as to the progress. Yarn was delivered within 36 hours of placing the order! I cannot fault this company for the service they provide. First class customer service. The yarn is always very good quality as well.

Excellent service
Excellent service and my yarn arrived quickly. I had managed to get part of my address wrong, but one email sorted that and within a matter of minutes. Very impressed and will use again.
