Wish I could give zero star’s for this prop firm! I was due a 6k payout which I never ever received. There were multiple issues on the lead up and suddenly an email saying they are going out of business! No refund for the account and no payout! Keeping all the payments for themselves obviously! Absolute scam of a company and they move the p&l to stop you from getting a pay out! It was an absolute disgrace they got away with all of this

Don't Spend Your Money

I started my challenge in the first quarter of 2025 when the company was named Bespoke. The company was bought or transferred to The Prop Vault. I passed Phase 1 under The Prop Vault and then the company was bought from House of Leverage. The account was not transferred over. Instead they gave me an account that was approximately 2% in profit.

Customer service was not helpful and ignored my ticket. I have a screenshot of the passed account.

I then passed phase 1 again despite being displeased with service. Then on phase 2 was at approximately 4.5%. Now I don't have access to my log in on the website or MT5.

It appears the company is going to shutdown.

My fault for not doing my due diligence on the company as I trusted a friend who referred me.

The company is still accepting payments on the website. Don't spend your chili here.

FTMO needs to come back to the states.

Received an email yesterday 14 August 2025 to say they are shutting down. I had two accounts with them; 100k and 200k accounts. They have been changing brand names from Bespoke Funding (BF), to The Prop Vault (TPV), and lastly to House of Leverage (HOL). they have also been migrating between numerous servers, with the Last one being Fazo-Liquidity server. To top it all, current clients are not able to login to their respective accounts due to the shutdown, yet they are sill accepting money for new client account purchases.

Just received HOL email. They are closing down.

Dashboard unavailable states can’t connect to server, constantly changing brokers, broker is still closing trades, can’t access MT5, absolute scammers

Do not use cannot log in again and discord not enabled to contact !!!

Where to begin. Bespoke owed me 5 figures, then sold to Prop Vault. They were not compliant with USA clients, so I just kept my account going until. PV went under now here comes HOL( House of Losers). They were having server problems prior, which means they had no white label. They went thru 3-4 brokers in the last 60 days, Fazo Liquidity being the latest server/broker the past couple of weeks. Nothing ever worker on MT5 with this server. If you look up this broker, their sole purpose is to scam you out of money. So HOL states to just "reset your password", nothing happens. Put in a ticket to support, nothing.

100s of people are owed money, "We are having internal problems" is their answer. No current clients can log in as of today, but yet they are still accepting new client money. This is a classic scammer company.

Prop Vaut was acquired by Houseofleverage and I did not receive any information about my new credentials and how to access Houseoflevarage dashboard.
I have tried several time to trade my 2 accounts but Prop Vaut platform is not working since July. I tried to chat with Houseofleverage, but chat doesn't work because it doesn't recognize my email. Today I wrote Houseofleverage via email, I hope they will answer me.

If only there was an option for 0 stars. A borderline scam company who I tried to contact to discuss some illegal practices with my account, only to get ignored by email, ignored by support ticket, and blocked on X/Twitter. Now having to consider legal action. Avoid like the plague.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This platform give the prop firm space a bad name. No real chance of a payout. Support either ignores you or gives copy-paste answers that go nowhere. The success stories they showcase is staged and from insiders pushing accounts to new traders.

Wish I had found 5TH & Hco sooner. At least there, results don't come with excuses and withdrawals are processed easily.

complete scams, trade for weeks and then when it comes to payouts they tell everybody they have breached the rules, these rules they make up as they go along, all the certificates they appear to give people for promo are fake!! just people that work with them, please don’t be fooled by this company!!

Where do i start with this company,

I have tried to contact them on several occasions since apparently being migrated over from The Prop Firm on 1st July (another terrible company) as i had never received my login details to allow me to log on.

I emailed them and have had no reply regarding this but of course i get an email (subject as Inactivity Warning) which of course you would expect this as a friendly warning to place a trade but NO
IT STATED that my account is now revoked even though its actually been 27days not 30?

I would stay well clear from this company.
As by alot of other reviews they dont tend to payout

Please do not go anywhere near this firm, a complete scam.
I requested to withdraw profits and never even got an acknowledgement. After any trade i made was blocked and now my accounts have been terminated due to inactivity.

Sorry guys I took down my review because one of the team name con message me bout they got everything all wrong thinking I had a instant account but all r long I had 2 step challenge account so the risk team got it all wrong and they told me to take down the review to move forward because all I want is my payout and I will move forward from all this because this is all stress and this have showed me how the trading prop firm working and now I got a new review and they coming up with all this rules now and is on real and have just had it can’t do it anymore and I will spend the work warning people to be careful and I got proof of everything saves because I know this not right. Hello idk where you want me to start but I had 200k account with the prop vault and I pass both phase and I waited for a long time to get my live account to the point I end up puttin a review on here and they emailed me and I got proof of all the begged me to take it down and I will get my live account which I did but I save all the email for proof got my live account now and deep inside I knew they going to try it again so on a 200k account I can't risk 2% which is 4k so all my trade I was riaking less that 1k so l made 211k. So on the 2nd of July they end up joining with house of leverage and I sign up to the new website and everything but for some else when my account was crossed over from 211k my account balance was 209k so I talked to the team bout it so they told me to talk to the vault team and this was just going back to back so it got to the point the house of leverage team credit me 500 and I was like ok is fine so I build the account back up to 210.775 which make the 40% consistent rule which I did and I sent in my request on the 4th of July and onto today have been going back and forth with them and all they keep telling me is to be patient which I was and got to the point I can't have it no more and I sent them a message on discord because all this looks like a scam and after they told me it will be sorted out few hrs later I got an email saying my payout is declined of 6879 which don't make no sense because80% of
210.775 is 8622 | think so that wat i requested and I got proof of all this and trading history so pls guys be careful because am not letting this go because they will just keep doing it to others messaging me the same thing.

They have rules which they change. Everyone stay away there are 100s of better prop firms.

Very un reliable . The server constantly goes down so you can’t close trades. Sometimes as long as 12 hours . They don’t update with anything more than vague responses with likely a bot operated moderator of the chat. I would not trust this prop firm
