I genuinely enjoy House of Macadamias products — the clean ingredients, the healthy fats, and the flavor quality are all excellent. Unfortunately, the customer-service experience doesn’t match that level of quality.

My most recent order sat in limbo for over 2 weeks without communication. I reached out multiple times before anyone acknowledged that several items were out of stock. Instead of being proactive, the team sent vague “technical issue” messages and screenshots that didn’t explain the delay.

Eventually, I was told the payment would “clear today or tomorrow,” I heard nothing and followed up AGAIN only to find out later that the real issue was stock shortages. At that point, I had to request a partial refund myself just to move things along since they won’t reach out.

While I still appreciate the product quality, the lack of transparency, inconsistent responses, and confusing fulfillment process make it hard to trust ordering directly from their site again. I’ll likely purchase through Amazon in the future where stock updates and refunds are handled more efficiently.

I hope the brand invests in better communication and logistics — because the snacks really are that good.

I recently stumbled upon the BRU Bar a collaboration between Mr Beasts House of Macadamias and the amazing child surf prodigy Dan Mace, and it has become an absolute game-changer for my busy lifestyle. This snack bar is nothing short of phenomenal, and it has earned every bit of its five stars in my book.

The perfect fusion of coffee and macadamias, the BRU Bar is a delightful treat for those who thrive in the fast lane. With a remarkable 45% macadamia content, it not only satisfies your taste buds but also provides a wholesome and nutrient-packed experience. What's even more impressive is that it's the lowest carb nut on the market, making it an ideal choice for those watching their carbohydrate intake.

One of the standout features of the BRU Bar is its commitment to health. With no added sugar, it's a guilt-free indulgence that doesn't compromise on taste. The inclusion of 50mg of caffeine adds a refreshing kick, making it the perfect pick-me-up during those hectic days.

I appreciate the attention to detail in using natural ingredients to fuel busy lives. The BRU Bar is not just a snack; it's a powerhouse of energy that keeps you going throughout the day. The addition of rare Omega 7s, linked to fat loss, sets this bar apart from the rest, adding an extra layer of health benefits.

Whether you need a quick energy boost, a tasty snack, or a convenient way to keep your energy levels up on the go, the BRU Bar has you covered. It's evident that the creators have put thought into crafting a product that not only tastes amazing but also caters to the health-conscious consumer.

In conclusion, the BRU Bar is a must-try for anyone looking to elevate their snack game. I wholeheartedly recommend it to those who appreciate the perfect blend of flavor, health benefits, and convenience. It's a five-star product that has found a permanent spot in my daily routine.

Well done Dan!
