House of tours has been my VISA stop now for past 5 years.i started to explore the world from 2014 and i was doing all my documentation myself.since covid due to travel rules and changes ,I opted for house of tours and till now they have been doing all my renewels and re application. Very smooth ,professional, and timely followups are their advantage.

Highly Disappointed – Poor Service, Data Errors, and Terrible Communication
Unjustified Delays: The moment they received my payment, the entire process slowed down significantly. There was absolutely no sense of urgency or professionalism in handling my application.
• Critical Data Errors: I caught multiple mistakes in the data entry. For a visa application where wrong dates can lead to an immediate rejection or long-term complications, this level of carelessness is completely unacceptable.
• Terrible Communication: The communication from their representative, Akhil, was highly unprofessional and deeply unsatisfactory. Instead of providing clear updates and reassurance, the way I was dealt with was dismissive and unhelpful.

I am not happy with the service provided because despite our profile being very strong and completely eligible for a Schengen Visa, due to improper submission of the documents and insufficient justification provided for the purpose and unreliable conditions of the intended stay, our Visa got rejected. Moreover the Agent is not responding to our calls or texts. This is solely the responsibility of this House of Tours Agent. Moreover I had asked repeatedly that wouldn’t we want to get an early appointment in case if we get rejected, but the Agent advised us and willfully took the last VFS appointment date and now we got rejected and there isn’t time for a re-submission. I would not recommend this Travels next time to anybody, rather would do it ourselves.
What is worst is that this Agent has not responded to us since the VFS appointment. She has blocked us since then. I am quite sure She has scammed us.

Mr.Rahul helped a lot in processing the schengen visa.

I am writing to inform all of you about our recent experience with the visa application process for Canada.
