My experience with House of Tours has been extremely disappointing. The sales team kept promising daily follow-ups, while the operations team repeatedly said the sales team would call back—four days in a row with the same comments and no action. There was absolutely no support, no proper communication, and no responsibility taken by any team. Based on this experience, I would never recommend their services to anyone.

Today, I received your response to my previous review. Although it was very late but it is a welcome development for improving service.
I applied for a Schengen visa with you for the second time few months ago, and it was a good experience, even better than the previous one.
I traveled last December and look forward to applying again soon.

Extremely bad experience. They were just behind us to pay the payment at the earliest. We had applied for the Canada visit visa through them but before they got the money they were making fake promises and giving the guarantee that they know the full documentation requirements and there has been no refusal until now but our visa was refused due to no itenary attachments. And on top of that they are replying sorry Sir to hear this and no one is picking up the phone to clarify and tell anything because they have received their money.
