Excellent service and value for money
Excellent service and value for money, highly recommended. I firstly used Houseplansdirect for the planning which was accepted with minimal questions by a notoriously difficult local planning dept. I also used them for the building regs package which was extremely detailed. My correspondence was with Andy Carr who is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I am now building my house !

I copied the text and pasted iinto Autocad
I copied the text and pasted it into Autocad multi-line text without a hitch.
I just needed to change a few words to represent my exact sercumstances .
Saved me hours of typing and allowed me to get on with the designing.

Blakewell Annex
Andy recently helped me to modify the Blakewell annex to suit my particular needs. He was easy to work with and interpreted my requirements very well to conceive a design for planning submission. I was very pleased with the price and service.
