Would highly recommend House Sales Direct. I spoke with Millie who was very helpful answering any questions I had and gave me a very professional service.

I highly recommend Shirel-Mercedez Bokota! She is always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She keeps me up to date throughout the entire process, communicates clearly, and is always available to answer my questions. Her dedication, excellent communication, and genuine commitment to her clients make the experience much smoother and less stressful. I truly appreciate all the support she is providing and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable estate agent.

DO NOT USE - consistently lied throughout the process, very little correspondence which generally was promising viewings etc and then said viewings cancelling. Property address listed wrong, reduced the price 4 times in 4 weeks and generated one viewing in 3 months. Be very careful of Sandy who was incredibly rude to me I was told she would not be dealing with my case again and I received a text from her two days later.

One of the worst companies I’ve had the displeasure of using, do not be fooled by the ridiculous price they give you initially they are incapable of marketing a property correctly. They also push you into leaving a review before the property is marketed.

Great service and communication all the way through the process.

I wouldn’t recommend the company.
I have been with them for 12 months.
Their only approach to sell the flat is to low the price.
Now they advertising my flat for a price lower than I paid in 2017! Which on any occasions I said don’t go below £100k.
They don’t listen client needs. Can not wait to finish this contract.

SHAMEFUL PRACTICES- I REC AN APPLICATION FROM HM LAND REGISTRY OF APPLICATION FROM THIS COMPANY CLAIMING OPTION TO PURCHASE FOR 12 MONTHS-. MEANING I COULD NOT SELL WITH ANYONE ELSE FOR A YEAR !!-They took it off after i complained and left poor feedback again..

They get you to sign a signature box they send you on a smart phone to proceed with setting up-BUT after a few days you get a copy of the "contract" which gives them sole rights for 12 MONTHS,you are locked in cant leave !!!

DO NOT USE AND DONT SIGN ANYTHING TILL YOU HAVE A COPY OF THE "CONTRACT"

I cant even do a part exchange with a builder as HSD have put asking price so low that any PX deal is based on that is an horrific price...

These guys take you on saying house value from A-B,then after a week say its the lowest of that range.
Their marketing is poor and house description are scant/poor on details

Then after 1 WEEK they drop the price by £10.000 without even telling me or discussing!!!

Then next week do the same !!! i ask why they have done and they state its "their mgr who will reduce if interest/viewings are low" ???

I explained i have given NO instruction to reduce the asking price and NO more reductions should be made

Think their game plan is to reduce down till you fall into their sister company "we buy any house" range and you end up giving your house away..and they offer a fraction of what its worth..

After this Horrendous ordeal and my complaints and feedback,they eventually Cancelled the "contract".but damage is done with under valued property and poor service and wasted time..
Use an establised Estate agent they will be cheaper in the long run

The service from Sumaiya and Simon was great, they diaried weekly calls so I knew when they would be providing updates. They chased the solicitors on both sides. It was fantastic having a point of contact who was on it. After the sale completed there was a problem, Simon got in touch with the seller and we had it resolved in 24 hours. It took longer than I had hoped to wrap up the sale but I was very impressed overall!

My experience of the communication I had throughout the final stages of the purchase process with Simon Boden were extremely positive. He is very patient, understanding and went above and beyond; checking in at the weekend during key handover to ensure everything was all ok and we were able to gain access. He put my mind at rest by reassuring me I could reach him while he wasn’t working over the weekend. Outstanding employee and an asset to his employer - many thanks.

Every contact has been responsive and continued to keep us informed. Sandy especially has been great and getting viewings booked in and being available to answer calls

On behalf of myself and my wife I would like to thank everyone at house sales direct. From the first conversation I had right up until the conclusion of the sale. Due to our health problems they were very understanding and treated us with the upmost respect. And also organiseing the solicitors who were tremendous. Special thanks to Minnie at J Q law. My dealings with House Sales Direct have been mixed, I would have liked more transparency at the beginning, however Sumaiya has been amazing, as my buyer is not the easiest to deal with. If the rest of the sale is as easy and smooth as with Sumaiya all will be ok. Many thanks Sumaiya it’s muchly appreciated.

Do not buy anything from them, they work with criminals.

If only I could give a negative star. I cannot recommend this estate agent based on my experience.

My flat sale dragged on for 10 months with very little progress, and communication throughout the process was extremely poor. I regularly had to chase for updates, and responses were often slow or non-existent.

The attitude of several employees I dealt with was disappointing and unprofessional. Instead of feeling supported as a customer, I often felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience. On multiple occasions, a manager spoke to me in a way that I found dismissive and inappropriate, which only added to the frustration.

After 10 months of delays and poor communication, I decided to withdraw from the sale. Remarkably, my email informing them that I was pulling out went unanswered for around 10 days, and I only received a response after chasing them again. The eventual response was simply "okay."

Buying or selling a property is already stressful enough without having to constantly chase your estate agent for basic communication and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was consistently disappointing from start to finish, and I would not use this company again or recommend them to others. On top, I lost lots of legal costs.

I’d personally like to thank Josh Thain who dealt with our file whilst purchasing our first house. He helped us massively chasing up everyone and allowed us to purchase the house much quicker than we initially thought. Always a delight to talk to on the phone and always on the ball. Thankyou!

Dealt with Louise Gildea and have no complaints whatsoever. HSD were upfront from the very start. They offered me a fair price for what I needed (a quick sale), and they didn't mess me about. There were no hidden charges or last-minute 'surprises'. The price they offered me at the start was the exact amount I received at the end (minus my outstanding mortgage amount, of course).
Everything was taken care of with the minimum of fuss, and although I was wary throughout and waiting for a big hiccup to occur, the deal went through smoothly.
I'd highly recommend HSD if you need a quick sale.

House Sales Direct are very efficient. I had viewing immediately after signing the contract which resulted in a sale. Mason was my contact and he was extremely polite and answered all my questions.
