According to tracking the item was delivered at 14:30. There is no item to be found at now 20:00 hrs. Deliverer is either lying or package was lifted which is highly unlikely.

Am updating my former review where I expressed my frustration at being sent too many firepits, being expected to foot the cost to return them, and then being told by bot after bot, or AI responses, that my refund had gone through from Housewise, when it had not. Finally and at long last, a human being responded, with great apology, and facilitated the refund pronto. So I did want to add, eventually after much ado, the company engaged human interaction to provde actual customer service. For that, I am grateful and updating my review....

They didn’t try to fix the problem
I ordered the tabletop fire pit in black. I received the wrong color. I contacted Housewise by email and this is the reply I got:
“Hi Michael,
Thank you so much for reaching out, and I truly appreciate your patience.
I took a careful look at your order, and I see that you selected the Black option. At the time of your order, unfortunately, we didn't have the Black available in stock, so we shipped the Dark Green as a substitute. We truly apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance, I’m always happy to help.”
Does that sound like they are trying to help me the best they can? I don’t think so.

Customer Service is horrible
The only way to contact them is through email. I ordered the package that included 3 bottles of fuel. I only receive 1. This would have been the 99.00 package. I paid 130.00. the email only said that I got what I ordered which was the basic package. I like the fireplace, but I don't enjoy being lied to after being ripped off.

I am still waiting on my fuel and…
I am still waiting on my fuel and extender. It has been so horrible trying to communicate with them. I have received a 30% discount on my order, but at this point that only covered the fuel I have yet to receive. The fire pit is of no use without the fuel. Don't order from them. Don't do it. To pay almost $300 dollars and get $79 back is a rip off. Again, I still can't use the pit bc I do not have the fuel. I have asked them to contact the Carrier who has my product to have them redeliver bc apparently they tried to deliver in an ice storm. Smh…..
Oh by the way, I ordered this to deliver bf Christmas 2025.

your product is simple and an ease to fuel, light and enjoy. My only suggestion is I would love to have the metal lid to "snuff" the fire be magnetic so that it fit tightly on the firebox.

Why is the ethanol burning so fast, I’m having an issue with it burning off within 25 to 30 minutes, I’m using a lot of ethanol, I’ve gone thru two bottles this morning within less than an hour, is this normal or should the pad that you have at the bottom be thicker. Please advise as I really like the fireplace.

Burn time should typically be around 45 minutes to 1 hour when filled to the MAX line and used with the ceramic wool insert properly in place.
