Super Service bei Meldung „low Battery“

Ich hatte Probleme mit meiner Hover X1 (2024)bzw. den Akkus , beim Flug kam bei 3 Led‘s die Meldung „low Battery“.
HoverAir hat schnell geantwortet und auf Kulanz neue Akkus geschickt.

simple and totally amazing

I have never owned or operated a drone before but have dealings with them for a small tv show. They don’t use them much as most of the time they crash or they get lost.
I am in Australia and was very wary of purchasing from a company on the other side of the world. But hover air have been incredible. I ordered a X1Pro and it was shipped straight away. It is the first drone I’ve owned and it is so easy to use and it does exactly what they say it can do. Video quality is amazing and simple to download. The customer service team are so efficient and helpful. I can’t recommend this company and the X1Pro enough.

Get the hovercare!

Had a flyaway accident and my drone was completely replaced free of charge and my hover care is still in place! Amazing email and customer service, would recommend to everyone!

COMPRE EN HOVER

¿SIRVE LA GARANTIA DE SEEL? Mucho cuidado con esta GARANTIA ENGAÑOSA!

En mi pedido me ha llegado parte de mis productos, caja deteriorada y con signos de manipulación.

Pues reclame en los 7 días que dicen según ellos, y me dijeron que como mucho en 2 días laborales me iban a dar una resolución.

MENTIRA!

La empresa SEEL ahora me dice que NO tengo abierto ningún caso con ellos, cuando SI lo hice y me llego al correo la SOLICITUD HECHA POR MI en la página de SEEL.

Pues ahora SEEL, me quiere enviar con HOVER, y pues HOVER me quiere enviar con SEEL.

¿Para qué hacen esto? Pues para que PIERDAS TU VALIOSO TIEMPO, te DESESPEREN hasta que puedas CANSARTE y dejar de solicitar TU GARANTIA PAGADA y que DEJES DE RECLAMAR, y SEEL NO PAGARTE EL REEMBOLSO.

¿Qué voy a hacer?

Si en esta semana no me lo resuelven, LOS DEMANDARÉ A CONSUMO EUROPEO, y en en caso negativo que no me lo resuelvan, pues DEMANDA AL TRIBUNAL EUROPEO, además de daños y perjuicios.

Prepararse SEEL y HOVER!

Thanks to customer service :-) There was a delay in delivery and the parcel could not be delivered. The pre-Christmas period is difficult for all parcel delivery companies. Communication and the reliable second delivery were very good. Many thanks and all the best for the new year. AR

After an awful experience with the costumer service on the past, Iris showed that’s the HoverAir Team has at least one competent employee.
Iris took care of my problem really fast, what showed competency.

I ordered three items

I ordered three items: a drone, a battery and a case, but only the case arrived. I included shipping insurance (processed by Seel) in my order, and Hoverair's customer service told me how to proceed to get a refund for the drone and battery. The refund took a couple of days to process, and I finally ordered the drone and battery through Amazon Spain. Hoverair's customer service was good and fast, they are attentive and I recommend them, the only thing is that it is only by email. In any case, Sonia was very kind and attentive. Thank you very much for helping me resolve the conflict.

Hover is way above

I read some feedback about customer support and response time, I think Hover team takes the feedback seriously and does try to improve its operations.
I got my X1 over a year and have had no issue with aerial photos and videos for hiking, bicycling (moderate speed). Recently, my X1 was misplaced (someone picked it up by accident), I reached out to Hover support team for help with locating and locking up the drone. After carefully confirming ownership, to my surprise the support staff (Iris) was able to lock and render my drone nonfunctional. It’s now unlocked and SW updated, operating flawlessly. The support and capabilities of Hover after-sale team provide confidence on Hover products. I’m looking at Pro or Pro Max next as we are doing more road cycling now (higher speed applications). Thanks, HOVER!

Professional, Respectful, and Helpful Customer Service

I want to sincerely thank Iris and the HoverAir support team for their professionalism, patience, and kindness throughout my recent support experience.

Even though my case involved a bit of back-and-forth and some disagreement at first, Iris handled everything with respect, calm communication, and genuine care. She took the time to listen, explain the situation clearly, and still offered a thoughtful goodwill solution that showed HoverAir truly values its customers.

What really stood out to me is the human side of the support — polite, responsive, and respectful. That makes a big difference, especially when you’ve invested in premium equipment like the HoverAir Pro Max.

I still very much enjoy using my HoverAir and continue to recommend it to family and friends. Thanks again to Iris and the HoverAir team for their dedication and customer-first mindset.

Entreprise frauduleuse. J'ai payé 1 200 € pour leur pack de ski il y a près d'un mois. Ils m'ont d'abord dit qu'il avait été envoyé, puis qu'il ne l'avait probablement pas été, puis qu'il était en rupture de stock, puis qu'un seul article était en rupture de stock, puis qu'ils allaient l'envoyer, mais ils ne l'ont toujours pas fait. Ne leur faites pas confiance, leur service est épouvantable.

Great Warranty! Fast turnaround time for support.

I had an issue with my battery and a replacement was sent out immediately. Then I had another issue, support was super quick to resolve it, they had me ship my hoverair in, fixed the issue and shipped it back very quickly! Happy with how they stand behind their warranty.

Drone is awesome but support is even better!
Drone is surpassingly durable yet I've managed to break it twice and support has repaired/replaced my unit for free both times, highly recommended product and service.

Comes with no Charger / hub

I received the hover x1 pro max yesterday: from the black Friday pre sales. Unfortunately it did not occur to me even doubt once that that the drone comes without a charger hub. So the package only comes with the drone, the battery already inserted plus a USB cable but no hub to be able to charge the drone. The worse part is it does not state on its website that you would need a battery charging case, or hub to charge it. You are intentionally led to think it charges with provide usb cable. But Noo that is not the case you have to pay additional £40 for the hub. Meanwhile the Black Friday sale was showing a discount of £40 but in reality they had just taken the hub out of the packaging and listed it as a separate accessories so you end up actually paying the full price. Hence, the part is the company is so stingy that they dont even charge or include a limited percentage charge like 5/10% in order to test the camera or pair it upon unboxing. So you are unable to even test the drone to see if its working or not in case of any defect until you buy the hub separately. So if your thinking of buying take into account the extra cost of a charging case £155 or £40 hub.

The hover air is a good little drone…

The hover air is a good little drone for fun at parties, camping or just hanging with friends. My previous review was two stars but mostly had to do with my aggravation waiting to hear back from the company each time I emailed. They do get back to you and I did receive my hover air and I’m very much enjoying it. With this company, you just gotta be patient with as they will follow through with their customer service. Thank you
