Would never recommend howdens ,once you pay they dont want to know the recommendations of their kitchen fitters arent good fitters ,there quartz fitters are crap we were left with uneven worktops and packed with skims!not professional fitters at all

Highly recommend Howdens at Petersfield.
Just purchased one of there kitchen flatpacks for a utility area. Customer was over the moon with the style and quality. great service from the staff and Rob never fails to go the extra mile.

The boys at Kenley are 1st class.
Especially Glen assistant manager. Very knowledgeable and couldn't recommend enough.

Went to Howdens Radcliffe for our new kitchen and the service was amazing. Clarissa listened to what we wanted and within budget and drew up a very good design and helped us choose the right items and answered all questions. When the kitchen was going to be fitted she came again to double check the measurements. During fitting she was at the other end of the line as were other staff to advise on any issues and arrange quick delivery of any items needed. We felt they built a good honest relationship with us and our contractor and gave exceptional service. Not all How-dens are the same as before this we went to Stockport and weren’t impressed at all.

I have just had my Howdens Balham Dove Grey kitchen installed and it looks amazing! The quality and style of the kitchen is of a very high standard and we couldn’t be happier. Our designer, Christina Hill, from the Sydenham branch created the perfect design for our available space and managed to fit in all the mod cons that we wanted. The whole process from design to delivery went very smoothly and without issue. I would highly recommend Howdens as your first point of call if you’re thinking of replacing your kitchen.

Deceptive company under the guise of positive reviews. I have never seen my parents so stressed after being told two completely different quotes from them. They put the price up assuming that we had no choices left and completely worried the life out of my parents health.

For this basis, I am calling the shots on it and I wouldn't want anyone to have to go through the same.

A big thank you to Josh at Howdens Borehamwood for designing our beautiful kitchen, Josh is such a polite and helpful young lady and she did everything to make sure our kitchen was perfect.Well done Jo's.

I deal with the Accrington branch and cannot fault them at all, always ready to help, customer service is great, the staff are very easy to get on with!! Would definitely recommend using these.

I would like to Thank Kelly at the Hoddesdon branch who went above and beyond with her customer service. The sale was through the Harlow branch and even though her branch were not getting the sales she still put herself out to make our experience with Howdens much better.

I would like to recommend Craig Woodhatch at the Chelmsford branch for the excellent customer service he provided, from the early design of my kitchen to its completion. Howdens have a huge range of kitchen ranges to choose from. Craig had an excellent knowledge of the different qualities of kitchen doors and their products and was able to help me make my choice. He was happy to show me any appliances / accessories to help finalise the design. He always responded promptly to my calls and emails when I had a query and was on hand to help sort out any difficulties I experienced, when it was fitted. Buying a kitchen is a huge investment of money and time so it’s important to get it right first time. I am thrilled with my kitchen and very grateful for all the help Craig gave me.

I would strongly recommend the team at Howdens in Faringdon. The team's customer facing skills are excellent, always greeted with a smile and very quick to resolve any issues. A very smooth service from initial design, delivery and installation. Cabinets etc are great quality.

I can thoroughly recommend Howdens in Kingston - mainly because of Kirsty Evans-McLoughlin. Right from the start, she has been extremely helpful, personable, efficient - and very patient. Buying kitchens is not my idea of fun but, with her combination of professionalism and humour, Kirsty has made it a stress-free and positively enjoyable experience. I felt she was relating to me and my needs as an individual; she spent considerable time finding out what I wanted, talking me through and showing me what was available from the extensive selection and then producing a number of options and creative solutions that would fit the space and my budget. And, crucially for me, I always felt guided rather than pushed into making choices. At one point I needed something done at very short notice and Kirsty came up trumps. On a site visit, and subsequently, she worked constructively with my builders. In short - Kirsty’s levels of customer service are excellent - she is a credit to the company.
