Made up with the job that you did 10 out of 10 very very helpful sad day for us we were very pleased what you have done

A big thank you to Kayleigh and the team, Taking away the fact we were arranging the loss of a loved one the team at Howe and Son made the whole experience comfortable, stress free and I would even go as far to say enjoyable. Nothing was to much trouble all concerns were met with empathy and understanding. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and special thanks to Kayleigh who literally has gone above and beyond during every stage of organising and the family’s grieving process 👍

Despite (sadly) being very busy the staff at Howe & Son kept us well informed throughout.
Kayleigh in particular has that rare skill to assess a situation quickly and respond with the right amount of sympathy and professionalism.
The whole experience was handled with great respect for our departed soul.
The choice of coffins, cars, floral and other tributes is to be commended.
Our Celebrant was brilliant, and delivered the text perfectly and kept the whole service running smoothly. Thank you

Kayleigh was extremely understanding and knowledgeable.

The only problem we had it, the hurst went straight by our house even though I gave clear directions to Kayleigh to pass on to Richard.

This has been one of the most difficult times of my life and the time where I was the client, instead of the consultant. Jessica was given the upmost loving care and dignity from the outstanding and phenomenal team at Howe and Son. Claire, Jenny, Helen, Paul, Denise, Jess and Julie thank you for all the support, empathy and care you showed to me, my family and also Jessica too.. Richard, Carrie-Anne, Sam, Martin, James and Callum..thank you for being with us when the final journey came and for your utter professionalism, guidance and support to myself, Jay Jessicas brother and Steve Jessicas dad..We are extremely grateful for everything and I couldn't be any prouder.

From the initial out of hours call to completion this company and in particular Kayleigh have been a great team to work with during this incredibly sad and difficult time. The compassion, understanding and care offered to me, and my late husband Steve, by Kayleigh has been second to none. I can't praise her enough.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care & attention Kayleigh & the Howe & Son team gave to our family after my Mum passed away. They were very respectful & looked after my Mum very well. Their professionalism & empathy during a very difficult time was much appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

From the very beginning, Howes were excellent.
Amy and Denise looked after us with such care and attention. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and along with Sam and our wonderful celebrant Helen.
They made a very difficult day, more bearable.
