Insurance claim for non fault rtc
John Wood was handling our case..it took a long time but this was down to the medical agencies and their incompetance.John tried his hardest for us and eventually its been settled.

A lovely lady called Natasha Carey handled my case. She was very polite and patient when I didn’t understand certain things. She was always available at the end of the phone or email which was greatly appreciated. Made a stressful time that bit easier.
