Couldn’t always answer questions
Couldn’t always answer questions, not very interested in what client has to say. Customer service needs improving considering you take 40% of what other party offers. Doesn’t seem like much work for what you charge

Hoyle law helped me with my insurance…
Hoyle law helped me with my insurance claim after an accident. They called me as soon as I had reported this and clearly explained the procedure for my claim. They helped me with all the forms and advised me all the way through.
The staff are all extremely professional friendly and caring.
My claim has now been sorted out thanks to Hoyle law.
I highly recommend this company. Thank you for all your help

Safe to say I didn’t have an easy third party to deal with but when something finally happened I was kept in the loop thanks to John wood and the rest of the team handling my case, highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant staff
Absolutely brilliant staff , they have bent over backwards to make sure that they can accommodate all my needs which is a rarity nowadays.
Even replying to emails etc out of working hours and keeping me updated all the way through the process, Keeley Wilson is a credit to the company especially.
I would have no problem using this company again in the future but hopefully I won’t be in another car accident again lol
