Omar C. has been great as my account manager. He is patient, informative, and responsive. My calls kept dropping and he called me back even on his own personal cell to make sure I had my questions answered. Thank You! I look forward to continue to work with him with building my ADU

Omar is extremely helpful, patient and kind. Each time I speak with him, he does more than just answer my questions, he gives me additional information that helps me understand this whole escrow/invoicing/building process. Today, he also offered some encouraging words, knowing that construction can be stressful but will eventually be rewarding. He's done all of this, even though he's not my account manager. Omar is an amazing rep for an amazing organization. Thank you for all of your help Omar!

HPP Cares has really evolved to make this process easier for participants to work through all of the questions, potential pitfalls, and financial situations ADU builders could run into during this process. I appreciate the help I have received from my Account Manager Nancy Ruiz. She gave me options to think about and provided documentation about the process that I never knew to ask about...

Miss Katherine Peoples is excellent and knowledgeable. Our account manager changed hands thrice since December 2022, and we now have Denys Rivera. He is always prompt and responsive when we have any questions. He was very attentive, helpful, and patient with us and answered all of our questions that arose throughout the process. We are so grateful to him and to HPP Cares! Genesis Rivera has been very supportive and pushed paperwork through with excellent efficiency.

Our experience with HPP Cares and Denys has been outstanding. He is always prompt and responsive when we have any questions. Once Denys took over our account the continuity between HPP Cares, the contractors and us has been seem less, as information flowed on the project was clear and concise. We had such a great experience working with HPP Cares especially with Denys R, our account manager. We had some issues that came up which were out of his control but he remained involved and advocated for us. He was very attentive, helpful and patient with us and answered all of our questions that arose throughout the process. We are so grateful to him and to HPP Cares!

I found the process very complicated but staff more than made up for any frustration. Diana and Denys and Joy were very helpful. They even cleaned up a last minute mistake to help me complete the process.

Omar is super helpful & explained everything to me in detail. The process of building an ADU can be a challenging one, so having someone break things down is priceless & very important. Thankful to have Omar & HPP Cares guiding me through this.

So far, so good! They've really helped sort through a very complicated process. I'm currently working with Nancy, who's proven to be easy to communicate with. When she doesn't have the information on hand, she makes sure to research it and gets back to me within minutes. So far, no more than an hour. Unfortunately, there is a lot of misinformation floating around and I encourage anyone who is looking to apply for the CalHFA grant to connect with HPP Cares. They really are working hard to help us through the process and help us understand every step.

Nancy and Omar were very helpful to me and, making sure I had all the information I was looking for plus more, they were also very welcoming and made me feel included
