HRdirect keeps on top of laws in NJ. If there is a poster or some kind of information that I need to know, they let me know.

I think for the price this is a good tracking tool.

I believe it could be improved if the time off request
automatically merged or deducted time from the
vacation or sick banks and also if the employee
had "employee " only access to see their remaining
time left in their banks.

Makes creating and updating a policy manual so easy!

I have been using the Attendance app for several years now. Easy to use and helpful to me for HR purposes.
The only issue is, at times, the program won't respond or gives error message that it wasn't able to update my entry.

I love that I don't have to worry about being compliant. The service save me a lot of time.

User friendly app.

The training app is great and it has made getting our staff to complete safety training much easier. There are some glitches with the site especially when someone is creating an initial login. I have to resend the Self-Service Invite quite a few times for the initial process to work. I also don't like that there is no way to archive employee files for those who do not work with us anymore. Their training records are still included in training log, and this can make checking for completed training more tedious.

The software, while functioning properly, can be very clunky and awkward.

This scenario happened more than once: I received an alert that our posters had a revision, so I emailed the company to find out which posters had the revision and requested a temporary printout until a new poster could be shipped to us. The customer service team did not know what the revision was. I do not receive updates in the online "SmartApps" account, even though they say to look there. They also take a long time to send out new posters. I don't know that I can honestly say that this "service" saves our organization work in the end. I will definitely be looking into switching providers for our labor law posters.

My representative was very helpful in getting my the answer I needed. The help was quick and to the point and I feel comfortable and happy with our phone interaction.

Really Like the App, would like to be able to print out the year calendar for each employee with the days off noting why the employee was off, ie. sick, personal, covid, etc. In order to do that now I would have to print out each month.... Thanks...... Pat Romanelli

The product is slow to launch and pages will often partially load. It's super frustrating to keep either having to hit refresh to load properly or start the login process all over.

The attendance calendar app saves me time! A few items would make the app better...
1. When you print to pdf, the overall picture of the calendar shows every day the same no matter what you have entered. The color coding (to identify trends) can only be captured by doing screen shots.
2. Every time a new employee is selected, you have to select the employee again because the previous employee's name is still on the entry window
3. If an employee is gone for more than one day, you have to make an entry for each day. The ability to enter a beginning and end date on one screen would save some time.

We like having to convenience of an online application that we can customize to meet our needs. Works great!

It is an easy way to keep leave calendars separate from other calendars. I wish it worked more like Outlook though in that scheduling consecutive days off would be easier.

Lots and lots of technical difficulties. And not much customer support. Also, if there is a way to print a report of completions, I haven't figured it out. I just take screen shots but that seems silly.

The calendar cards when printed do not show the codes on the front for the employee absence, it is only a color block. I want to see the codes all on the calendar page at a glance. I dont want to go to another page and read all of the comments

There is really great potential here. I only use the Attendance Calendar and associated Employee Records. It is difficult with 39 employees to enter attendance daily since I have to change the calendar for each employee and each event. It would be nice to have a table where I could enter in everyone's events for the day and be done on one screen. Also, three is no option for multi-day events (like vacation) so I have to enter the same information every single day instead of marking the employee out all week for 40 hours. I love that I can do a full view of the calendar but input needs streamlined

The convenience of the application and it being up to date is great. The customer service leaves a bit to be desired. We let go Deanna Lucas, the person who was the main admin to HRDirect and I have requested a few times now to have that changed (since we cannot do that). It needs to be changed to Pam Klustner as the admin but you can leave our login and password the same. 404-815-3902
