HRV Group UK Opiniões

Very professional service. Organised efficient and all done as one would wish. Well done

The actual servicing of my flat’s ventilation box was excellent. On the day of service the technician called ahead of time about his eta. Very courteous, professional, explained what he was going to do and completed the job efficiently. Also explained how to maintain the system through the year.
However, I found communication with the company a bit hit or miss. All admin staff were very friendly and helpful once you can get them on the phone. Emails with links for group booking were promised but did not materialise resulting in a drawn out process from initial contact to confirmation of schedule. I felt I was doing all the chasing for dates and later the confirmations. I was lead booker for our small block of flats and I felt responsible.
Overall, I am satisfied with the service at a reasonable price. Hopefully there will be improvements in communication in future.

Responsive staff, easy quoting and great job overall.

Excellent service from start to finish. Appointments and follow-ups were handled smoothly, and Ali did a fantastic job cleaning the ventilation, taking measurements, and keeping us informed. Highly recommend

A couple of bathroom extractor fans had broken down months ago. They needed replacing. The repair man turned up on time, replaced them, talked me through the settings and got it done with a minimum of fuss.

Friendly, knowledgeable service. Would recommend

The engineer arrived promptly and managed to work in our very small space. All vents were cleaned and balanced. System is working perfectly again.

The engineer checked and cleaned the extractor and explained to me patiently and clearly what I should do to improve the air quality in the property.

Great service from start to finish. Excellent comms, and work.

The engineer arrived a little later than expected, but he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He checked the settings I had trouble with and identified the issue. Very happy with the service.

Dean went above and beyond to get our MVHR serviced. He was struggling immensely with his breathing yet still got the job done, world class effort and dedication was displayed. Thanks again Dean
