HSL Chairs - Bathgate Opiniões 

I went to HSL in Bathgate with the intention of buying Stressless recliners and was not disappointed. I was greeted by Margaret, a very pleasant lady and during the time she described the various different styles, she was assisted by a Polish trainee, not sure of her name, who was also extremely helpfull.
Needless to say that I bought two chairs which my wife and I find very comfortable.

The staff were so helpful to ensure I bought the chair suitable for me.

Fiona was so good with my mum and made my mum feel at ease .
So professional and kind .

Had problem with the Hamilton swivel recliner and was given a full credit note for a new Chair with out a problem carol in the Bathgate Showroom was very helpful in my picking out a new stressless recliner would definitely recommend this company excellent customer service

We were well looked after at HSL Bathgate. The sales people were lovely. Friendly, caring, efficient and made the whole experience enjoyable. It is the best we have had when out buying any purchases, let alone major ones like a sofa. Their products are of best quality and we were taken through the ranges, along with coffee and biscuits and lively chat. So good, we bought two! Highly recommend them.

The ladies in the shop were very friendly and spent time with me trying out different styles of chairs, they were very knowledgeable and explained everything about their products simply
They also made sure I picked the correct chair for my needs and to top it all off gave me a great discount

Fiona was very professional and friendly, she explained in detail about the riser recliner chairs we were interested in. She had lots of fabric samples to choose from and there was no pressure to purchase. We had a home visit as we are not near a showroom and Andy the driver who brought the chairs in was very respectful of our property. Would highly recommend HSL and thank you again Fiona and Andy

Tracy was very knowledgeable and gave us all the options when chosing our furniture. She was professional. We were very happy with the clear information given at all stages. Top class customer service.

Staff very courteous and helpful, took time to demonstrate products and allowed me time to test products.

Grateful thanks to Fiona for the expertise and attention that she provided this afternoon at the Care Home in order to ensure that the most suitable chair was provided for an elderly gentleman who will enjoy much more comfort in the Aysgarth Grande chair.

Polite, friendly, knowledgeable staff who arrived on time after confirming by phone that they were twenty minutes out. Carefully moved a d replaced furniture in order to demonstrate riser recliner.
