Perfect buying experience…
As I have mobility issues I had been looking for a comfortable chair that I could actually get out of. After visiting the Brierley Hill branch a couple of weeks earlier with my mom I returned to make my own purchase. We were expertly looked after by Bev and I ended up purchasing 2 Glenmore chairs. Could not fault the personable service served with a tea, coffee and a couple of biscuits with a laugh chucked in for good measure.

Burrows chair March 25
Staff at Brierley Hill branch were very helpful with directing me to home demonstration service, exactly what was needed. Jacqui and her driver from Stoke were also extremely courteous and knowledgable about chosen chair - full explanation regarding purchase and forthcoming delivery. Excellent service so far!

Superb
Firstly having visited their showroom in Brierley Hill. The staff could not have been more helpful. They made sure we fully understood our choice and were happy to go ahead with our order.After our order arrived today 1/4 ( a three seater settee) could not have been more pleased with the delivery men and how they set the product up.10 out of ten.WELL DONE.

As soon as we entered the store we were made to feel welcome Bev the lady who attended to us was very helpful without being pushy we had coffee and biscuits while we made our choice’s , we ordered a chair and settee and came out very happy with the service and our purchases , thank you Bev a credit to the company
