We have not received our furniture yet, but the person in the Lichfield shop could not have been more helpful or obliging

From placing my order to the faultless delivery by Lee & Sean today I highly recommend HSL.

Such great care taken to deliver my sofa, regular updates on delivery time. Lee & Sean ensured I was happy with everything and were extremely friendly and professional. Excellent Service from order through to delivery.

The Company was great, took a real interest in my needs and gave me good advise as to what chair i should buy with my back problem. It takes a long time for it to made and delivered 6/8 weeks so it is difficult to sit comfortably on the settee i have. Maybe it will be ready slightly earlier which would be good.

I needed a new swivel and reclining chair. HSL at Lichfield had a super range and display for me to try. Staff member Sarah was super helpful in guiding me to what I needed and helping me decide without any pressure at all. Just good old fashioned service. I decided upon a Stressless chair which was delivered to me exactly when we agreed and handled by the delivery men with care and attention. The chair is superb as was the overall service from HSL , I would definately recommend and use them again

We recently visited the Lichfield branch to acquire reclining chairs for my husband and I . The young sales assistant was fabulous, she took her time explaining everything to us about the difference between the chairs. There was nothing pushy and the girl was just extremely helpful, polite and friendly answering all my questions with huge knowledge. We were in there a couple of hours making our mind up about our choices. There is a huge selection of different materials and colour schemes that you can choose from. We both have mobility issues and we were given coffee and biscuits . There is even a toilet for public use that is essential as we age. I highly recommend HSL for their quality of products and their customer service at the Lichfield branch is exceptional! Well done …

Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I explained what I was looking for to suit my disability and I was shown the models they produced which are suitable. I sat on all the suitable sofas, I wasn't rushed, offered a drink, allowed to bring the dog in as it was a very warm afternoon. I sat on the sofa of my choice while discussing the finer details of materials and finish, colour choice, price, delivery. etc. etc. A very friendly service.

WE WERE MET AT THE DOOR WITH A WARM WELCOME , AND GIVEN A BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO THE STORE BY A CONFIDENT , ARTICULATE YOUNG LADY WHO WAS RELAXED AND REASSURING. SHE THEN INVITED US, IN OUR OWN TIME, TO VIEW THE CHAIRS ON DISPLAY. I HAD PREVIOUSLY APPROACHED THE DAY WITH AN AIR OF SKEPTICISM, DOUBTING THE OPINION OF FAMILY TRYING TO ENCOURAGE ME TO CHANGE MY OLD CHAIR FOR ONE MORE SUITABLE TO MEET MY NEEDS. IT DIDN,T TAKE LONG BEFORE MY THINKING MADE A COMPLETE U-TURN, AND THERE I WAS, ACCEPTING AN EXPENSIVE, AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE CHAIR UNDOUBTEDLY BETTER SUITED TO MY GENERAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING. I AM NOW IMPATIENT FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED SOON. ALL THANKS TO THE PATIENT WISDOM OF FAMILY, AND THE COMBINED SKILL AND PROFESSIONAL APPROACH OF THE SALES LADY.
