Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff and quality purchase
Travelled 40 minutes to visit the store in Lincoln and we werent disappointed! Richard was literally AMAZING from the moment we walked (and wheeled) in. We were looking for a riser/reclining chair for my Dad (a permanent wheelchair user ). Richard listened to my Dad as he explained what he wanted. He asked pertinent questions and then gave all assistance to my Dad to actually try a few chairs out. He took time, was friendly, helpful and made us all feel relaxed and not pressured at all. He found us the perfect chair, at the right price AND it was in stock so it was delivered a few days later. My Dad LOVES it and feels "special" every time he sits in it which is more than we hoped for. Richard is our hero and we can 110 per cent recommend HSL

My HSL chair buying experience
The service and attention to detail when choosing my recliner/riser chair was second to non at HSL Newark Road, Lincoln.
I was met by Andrew who was polite, professional and most helpful in every way. He showed me several chairs, giving me the pro's and con's about each one as to the suitability for my needs. When this was decided, he took the measurements needed for my new chair.
We (my daughter was with me) then met Raechel who showed us endless alternatives for the coverings. She was so helpful and patient as I needed it to blend in with my 3 piece suite. Raechel was so friendly and understanding.
We were given 2 servings of tea and biscuits, it took that long but at no time were we rushed, only helped and guided to purchase the correct chair for me.
I highly recommend HSL at Newark Road Lincoln with Raechel and Andrew.
I have had my chair now for over 2 weeks and I am highly delighted with it.
I was kept up to date with the delivery process and the driver Alex telephoned me 30 minutes before he arrived as I was told he would. The tracking system was excellent.
Alex was assisting by Asad to bring the chair into my room and Alex fitted it together and took me through all the movements of the controller. He was very polite, friendly and professional. He only left when I
assured him I understood everything. Well done Alex and Asad, it was a pleasure to meet you both.
The whole experience from my visit with Raechel and Andrew to the delivery by Alex and Asad has been nothing but a pleasure.

Our new HSL furniture
The sales staff at the Lincoln showroom were pleasant, informative and helpful. Our chairs and sofa were delivered within the specified timescale with the delivery men arranging the furniture as requested. We are very pleased with our purchase, the new furniture being both extremely comfortable and supportive.

Just had 2 chairs and 2seat sofa…
Just had 2 chairs and 2seat sofa delivered by Carl and Lee, they rang 30 min before arival then when they arived they were very polite and professional, they explained everything and tidied up before they left, Excelent service.
