We have only placed the order so far and are therefore unable to comment further. However, we found the staff at Stacey Bushes branch very helpful and friendly - Julie who guided us through the range of chairs plus the other staff were also very kind.

First class staff - no unreasonable pressure - honest and helpful information ,

The experience is soley based on the ordering process as we have yet to recieve the chair ordered. The staff at HSL (Milton Keynes) Valerie in particular were very friendly, considerate and informative. They explained everything well and in detail but did not push us and left us to consider our options. It was a good experience.

What a great experience buying HSL recliners from Hilary in the Milton Keynes store. She could not have been more helpful or Knowledgeable. Her non-pushy manner such a change in this ‘grabbing’ world. We felt part of your TV adverts so looking forward to watching them from the comfort of our new armchairs. Over two visits (31/8 & 5/9) we found Kara and then Hilary, in the Milton Keynes showroom, to both be extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable about the chairs/sofa we were interested in. No pressure selling, just made sure we had the necessary information to make a decision and were happy to explore the questions we had.

Hilary was very patient and helpful to us .We were not hurried or pushed to make a decision.It was overall a good expreience.

From the start of our visit with other members of the family we were made to feel welcome, shown where we could sit & relax and offered drinks. This involved all the staff. In particular one member of staff, Annette, proved very helpful and knowledgeable of the products in we were most interested and skillfully fielding all questions.

My mum and I visited the Milton Keynes showroom and were so pleased with the service there. We were assisted by the lovely Annette, who was not only extremely knowledgeable about the chairs that suited Mum's needs, but also very patient and considerate.

Mum was able to make a confident decision on what kind of chair she wanted and again, Annette took her time to explain the payment and delivery process.

We were so happy with the support and services we received from Annette and wouldn't hesitate to come again or recommend HSL. 😊

Shop was very welcoming . The assistant that looked after my husband and I was superb extremely friendly and helpful, it was a very special experience owing to the assistant I think her name was Annette.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff both in the shop and throughout the delivery process. The recliner chairs are very comfortable and very well constructed. Would recommend without any reservations.

wonderful experience very difficult to find what we wanted and we did with lots of help from staff

we bought 4 armchairs and one 2 seat sofa all different shapes and sizes for very large and very small family members. the sale helped enormously but surprised that you are now charging delivery whereas in the past you were proud of your free delivery service in your old catalogue as most of us are disabled buying your furniture could you not waive this in the future thank you so much

We were made to feel very welcome by Annette at the Milton Keynes store.she was very knowledgable and put us under no pressure in helping us to choose the right chairs for both my husband and myself. We made two visits making a couple of changes to our first choices before placing our order, Annette made us feel that we were no trouble before making our final decision. I would just like to add that on both occasions we were offered tea/ coffee/ biscuits, presented on a tray in proper cups. We are waiting for our delivery so am unable to give a review on the delivery or the chairs, but I can say the store service was excellent

From the time we entered the store till the time we left, the sales service given by Annette was a positive experience- knowledgable, professional and friendly. She showed us the technical aspects of the lift and rise 3 motor recliner, and let my husband spend time getting used to it. Plus tea and biscuits.

Staff were very helpful and not pushy, allowed me to choose my chair without trying to sell me something dearer.

My husband and I visited the Milton Keynes branch of HSL Chairs yesterday and found the whole experience very good. We were welcomed at the door and it just got better from there. Karen and Lynda were very helpful and went to a lot of trouble to make us feel comfortable whilst guiding us to the the best products for us.

Hilary was extremely helpful and knowledgable and spent lots of time making sure I chose the right chair for me.

Ashley and Cameron delivered our new chair today, and were great - moved all the furniture for us, and got us nicely settled in
The whole experience - from first contact to a home visit, to measuring up, helping us choose the best upholstery, the ordering, and finally the delivery, was seamless and stress free. Thoroughly recommended

Very helpful store staff, product available within a few days or ordering. Delivery service excellent , updates from drivers and the drivers were cheerful and efficient and spot on time

Really pleased with the service ,I was made to feel very relaxed ,the shop assistant was really helpful she explained everything, she wasn't pushy she let me decide ,she made me feel so special,
