No hanging about. I knew what I wanted. It was just a matter of choosing a colour. Melissa the sales advisor showed me a booklet of colours which I soon found the colour that suited my needs.

Great customer care and a really fun experience with all the team, we saw Jane initially who was great, and we went back another day and everyone made my parents welcome and guided us through choices. Great quality product and a pleasure. Well done.

This is a great company. The staff in the Wellingborough store were super helpful and patient. We found chairs to meet the differing needs of both Mum and Dad which are well made and comfortable. The delivery guys, Paul and Carl F were really lovely and accommodating - especially as we had to move the furniture a couple of times to position the chairs in the most functional places.

Welcoming but not pushy staff. Staff were knowledgeabl and helpful. No pressure put on us, in fact we were given all the time we needed. This included a second visit to confirm our choice. Linda was extremely helpful and friendly and a very nice member of your staff.

The showroom is well presented the staff are always friendly helpful and informative. I've recently purchased a sofa the delivery men were excellent on time. Have dealt with HSL over many years and your standard is always reliable.

Very helpful staff at the shop, was shown how the chair worked and the correct size I needed. Shown all the options of colour. Staff very knowledgable. Chair arrived quicker than expected, which was a bonus. Delivery guys Paul D & Jon were fantastic, gave me a call when they were 30 minutes away. They came in and set up the chair, explained how it worked. Very pleasant and polite. An all round great experience from start to finish.

Delivery was cancelled twice, couldn't give another delivery date, only after losing my temper and said I wanted a full refund funnily enough a date was given.
