The showroom staff were extremely helpful when we chose the chair and it was delivered on time and by very friendly staff. We are very pleased with the purchase. The fabric fits well, it is very comfortable and we would happily recommend HSL to others.

HSL has been great to deal with. They have kept me informed of delivery time and date. The driver phoned 30 minutes before delivery. Craig and Danny were so careful bringing the chair into my home and making sure I was happy with the position. Fantastic company to do business with.

Chris and Jamie were very quick and efficient. They were very polite and pleasant. My bed is very comfortable.

The ordering of our furniture to its delivery was an extremely efficient process.
The delivery was great. We didn’t have to do anything! John and Lee did everything to set up the furniture, even removing all the packaging, so that all that we had to do was enjoy our very comfortable new seating!

Very helpful staff member who showed us round and explained things but then gave us the time and space to come to a decision. Also great to be offered refreshments whilst we were looking.

Chair we ordered arrived on date expected. Delivery guy exceptional and took great care with the chair. They fully explained the function of the chair. The whole experience dealing with HSL from order to delivery was excellent. Would shop there again.

I received my chair this morning delivered by Chris and
Jamie.They were very helpful and polite,putting the
chair where I wanted it also how to operate the control
buttons and gave me a welcome pack. I am highly
delighted with my purchase and recommend the
company for quality and service.

We saw Diana at York. She was a great help with mum. We never felt rushed or put under any sales pressure. Her attitude and care was truly amazing.
The chair arrived yesterday with what I can only say was a perfect delivery experience. The service, delivery and indeed the chair deserves a five star review.

Sadly - HSL have not been amazing when sorting a repair when a leg broke due the the plate not being fitted properly. My mum fell out of the chair - she originally got it after her hip
replacement. I called and the agent said that new legs would be despatched - this was not done them when I called again there was no record of the request. I had screen short it and sent it to the new agent. My mum now has to sit in a couch she massively struggles to get out of amd now her poorly shoulder is much worse. Not impressed HSL

Alex and Tomas arrived on time, were courteous and professional at all times. They explained with patience the operation of the chair to my father. A really positive experience.

We had 2 visits to HSL YORK and saw 3 people. All of them were very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of buying 2 leather riser and recliner chairs. We could not have electric cables running across our floor and our first question was do you have battery operated ones. The answer surprisingly was yes.We spent 2 hours with your team altogether and were given lovely coffee and biscuits each day and are really looking forward to the chairs being delivered and now the disappointing part. The delivery time is 3 months.

My sister and I visited the York store and were very warmly greeted. We were given a cup of tea and chocolate biscuits books of fabrics and left to make our decisions. I liked how we were left alone and put under no pressure but our questions were promptly answered. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly it was a great shopping experience. Thank you
