Absolutely appalling. Ordered a bird feeding station, the money left my account but I never received the item I’d ordered. They haven’t replied to my emails and it’s impossible to contact them by phone.
They do not deserve one star. Please do not order from them! :(

My elderly parents ordered 30 masks plus hand sanitiser for £42. They never arrived and when they contacted the company they were told that they had been delivered and signed for. My parents had definitely not signed for or had them delivered.
This company has either delivered them to the wrong address or they are a scam. Judging by the other reviews I’d say the latter.
The booklet they made the order from was in The Daily Mail so my parents assumed that it was legitimate.

I wish I had checked out this company on Trustpilot before I ordered from them.
A month on from placing my order and my item that was specified as 48 hour dispatch has still not arrived although payment was taken immediately.
They completely ignored all queries via the website contact form or email and I was not prepared to give them any more money by phoning a premium number.
After writing personally to one of the directors to complain I received an email that my item has been dispatched but no sign of it so far.
Shame no option for awarding zero stars.

Don't use them. Their brochure was delivered inside daily mail newspaper so I wrongly assumed they were a legitimate company. Ordered a hosepipe on 1st August and money was taken straight away. Received an invoice via email which showed 48 hours delivery. I've cancelled my order since and requested a refund via email but had no response. After reading the reviews on here I don't hold much hope of getting my money back and wish that I'd checked them out before ordering.

Ordered on line in May, money went from my account the next day. Goods were not delivered until August and then it was not what was advertised or that I ordered. Fed up of emailing and ringing, calls probably cost me more than the items ordered. I have the opportunity to send it back, but to be honest they are an awful company to deal with, and I will put it down to experience and just not use them again. Wish I'd have read the reviews before ordering.

Mother- in-law ordered from them, thought they would be good as their brochure was in the Royal British Legion booklet !!Do not order from this company, goods never arrive phoned them and was lied to by customer service.they make empty promises and when ask for your money back they hang up on you, they also ignore your emails. Goods ordered beginning of June and to be honest I have given up now

Do not order from this company will fob you off and say they are awaiting certain items to come into stock before sending anything, placed an order in June it is now the 18th August and still no products but money was taken out of my account on the date of order, no e-mail correspondence after order placed. I rang a couple of occasions and said they were awaiting specific items to come into stock before sending out all products and would be with me at end of July. Told them they should not be selling items that are not in stock in the first place and to not be made aware of this in the beginning is wrong, also they should have sent the other products that were in stock. I have requested money back to then be told this will now take 7-10 working days!

Dreadful Company. I wish I'd looked at reviews first. I ordered hanging baskets 3 August with 48hrs despatch. Rang twice - calls very expensive. Emails don't go through. Finally got a customer service number and threatened trading standards. Now told I will get a refund in 7 to 10 working days. The customer no. is 02034550484 if anyone else is trying to get a response. Now waiting to see if I get the refund. I will let you know.

This is a terrible company. They don't answer the phone and my e-mails have all been returned by the Postmaster as they were unable to deliver them. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered & paid for two face shields only one arrived. Made numerous attempts to contact contact customer service by phone & email but only got a response after I had contacted my bank to arrange a refund. I was assured by the customer service dept. that the second shield had been dispatched so I agreed to pay the full amount again and they confirmed by email the day after they had phoned me to say the item had been dispatched & would be recieved within 5/7 days. After 18 days nothing had arrived for the second time ! So I emailed the customer service dept. informing them that I would yet again be contacting my bank to arrange a partial refund which I did and once again only after this did they contact me. They informed me that they did not give partial refunds and the second shield had now been dispatched !!!! I also recieved a second email that same day informing me that the shield had been dispatched but yet again nothing has arrived ! Strangley I have recieved a partial refund through my bank. I didn't want to give any stars as I think this company's customer service is diabolical and would only recommend they be avoided at all costs.

Ordered goods on 22nd July for my gran who received a leaflet in the paper, I should of checked out reviews as she has not received goods and now £45 down

Ordered car seat leathers on 21st July order acknowledged ....money taken on 22nd July.
Nothing since. No communication no goods
Trading standards must be busy here looking at complaints. Oh ...and they don't engage with customers so don't suggest it......covers turned up quickly since my complaint

Ordered goods and payment taken on 1st July 2020. Had confirmation email but not heard anything since. Have phoned and emailed them but no response. Will never ever use these again.

I placed an order for 3 fruit trees that were advertised on a special offer. They looked dead on arrival, we planted them anyway in case they were dormant but 2 months on, they are definitely dead. The company did not send a receipt or any acknowledgement. When I spoke to them they said a receipt would be emailed on despatch but it never arrived so I do not have an order number. Looking at previous reviews, I think I am wasting my time asking for a refund, but let's see.

ordered product 25th may cheque cashed 2nd july and product arrived today only after 4 phonecalls a letter to the manager and a threat of taking the issue to Trading Standards and the magazines that they put their leaflets in . Better late than never i suppose.

My Grandad ordered an item which was on offer as BOGOF, he received one product and no mention of the "Free" one. Included with the product was a leaflet again offering BOGOF for the same item. Emailed and called numerous times with no response. Reading all these reviews we should be grateful we at least received something but I am still not happy that they have taken money from a pensioner and still continuing to do so when he's trying to call and speak to someone and been charged at a Premium Rate.

If I could l wouldn't have given this company 1 star. Two items ordered at the beginning of June the money was taken from my account on 17th June as I had paid by cheque. Up until now I have received or heard nothing from them. I have contacted them on their site and was told I would be contacted soon but, I am still waiting. I am of the same opinion as others on this site that all they have to offer are their brochures and no goods! I would definitely NOT use this company again or reccomend it.

I regret not reading reviews on Trustpilot before ordering goods from HSS, theey promise despatch within 48 hours taking my payment within that time.
Acknowledgement was prompt and tracking number supplied. That didn't work and my emails enquires were unanswered (no way will I pay to phone them on a premium line).
No replies, no goods but, when I threatened Trading Standards, Advertising Agency and Magazines, I received a response (from the parent group) it said that my returned goods had been received in their warehouse so a refund would be arranged.
In fairness that refund went to my bank but no one bothered to inform me.
This conduct forces me to doubt that were ever in a position to supply the goods I ordered, it was impossible for me to have returned them because I never received them; truth or cover up? Who knows?
I'll never do business with them again or recommend them.

Ordered from advert via email offering 20 face masks for £6.99. But when ordered price was £8.99 plus delivery £4.99. Chased after 2 weeks, told on its way. When received, it was ONE face mask sent by 2nd class post, Customer Services said you can use it six times (still does not come to 20!)
They are a complete scam company. Do not use them!!!!

Similarly to others who have commented. Ordered an item, no confirmation email, money taken out immediately, all web addresses not accessible, emails returned undelivered, always 5 or more waiting to speak to customer care when I’ve phoned. Used their contact form on their website but still awaiting a response. Wished I’d checked these reviews before ordering but would advise others to do so and NOT use this rubbish company.
