Received my PC with 2 monitors
Received my PC with 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse etc.. today.
Very happy with condition and quality of the products. All started up straight out of the box.
I phoned customer care as I needed assistance initially (as I could not find and connect something), they answered straight away and the lady on the phone was amazingly helpful, solved my problem straight away and was so friendly and kind (when I realised it was all so obvious and no problem at all). Missing and broken parts - Edited review.
Received my order with missing screws to assemble to dual monitors and one monitor damaged with something rattling around inside it. Contacted them by email and then phone before having a reply last Tuesday. I was informed the missing parts and replacement monitor would be sorted. Then emailed on Thursday to ask when I can expect them. Got a reply saying the screws were being sorted that afternoon but no mention of the monitor. I replied again to remind them and have heard nothing since. Emailed again today only to be ignored.
I'd have given a positive review had this issue been dealt with straight away. As a business owner I know how important this is along with customer service, but I'm sorry, this deserves a negative review for the length of time it is taking and also being ignored. I run my business alone and always make sure I reply to customers.
I will edit and add to this review when I have had my issue resolved.
EDIT:
Issues finally resolved, and Jason went above and beyond, calling me out of hours to resolve an issue with one of the monitors not powering past power saving mode. Turned out to be just a setting on the monitor. Also had another CMOS battery sent as the one in it was not working. At the end of the day, they're not brand new machines.
So far since everything has been resolved it is definitely worth the money and I would recommend. I just think the initial customer service needs work when there is an issue at delivery.
The 5 stars is for the after customer service I received from Jason.
Nightmare
Ordered 16thDecember, failed go arrive twice, when it did it did not have the correct leads with it, five emails and four photos later plus another two weeks, it worked, only to find that it didn't have the second hard drive was missing insll, ten emails later returned, two weeks later cane back, a different computer with the same issue
papal refund as others on here have never had their money back ever, do not use this company, also trade as weee recycling. Three months of hell, the company are useless.

I once again received excellent after sales support from Jo at HighSpec Tech. I had an issue with obtaining sound through my sons headphones. We had incorrectly set up the gaming PC and Jo very patiently spent time talking me through how to correct our mistakes, in comprehensive non tech talk.
I was recommended this company by a friend and have been pleased I have purchased from them, from the goods received to the help received.

Honestly from start to finish this company has been 5 star. Ordered from them custom gaming dual screen pc from ordering to the time of being built to the dispatch date to the delivery was bang on correct pc arrive week before Christmas son got it we set it up everything was fine the next day came across small complication I contact company and Jane who I spoke with replied very fast and was there to help through every step when we still couldn't fix at home she arrange for it to be collect and within a week it was fixed and sent back. Jane stayed in full contact with me and kept me reassure since having the pc back it's been perfect, I contacted Jane again for help of how to connect the screens she didn't stop helping and giving advice until we was fully satisfied everything was in working order. I fully recommend this company for ordering after searching and searching I came across this company and would not hesitate to order again. Give them a shout you will not be disappointed no question or query is to small or daft a question they are very helpful and professional and eager to make sure there customers are happy and satisfied. Thanks again to Jane and the team.
Ordered a gaming pc as a Christmas…
Ordered a gaming pc as a Christmas gift, a little disappointed as when set up only one monitor would power up, but contacted them through the messaging app and we have received 2 more monitors today and they actually match better than the original one's sent! Would recommend for the money but definitely check everything if purchasing as a present unlike me 😁

Ordered a pc with upgraded dual monitors, neither monitor had hdmi connection and one of them looked like it was used by Noah to design the ark. I was disappointed to say the least but to be fair they sent me an actual matching PAIR of monitors that look great the next day so to be fair ended up with kit that exceeded expectations and customer service that was excellent. I can't give anything but 5 stars for that.

My delivery wasn't complete due to…
My delivery wasn't complete due to missing parts (hst was waiting for delivery of parts). I wasn't happy about it, but the customer service adviser who dealt with my issues was brilliant, she (Jo) turned everything around quickly. Got my delivery on Saturday and got all my missing parts by Tuesday. I was very impressed.

I ordered a refurbished computer from HST on 10th October for my dad. I then called them on the 11th as needed to change the delivery address to mine for personal reasons which I did explain to them. After the 2nd call to them that day I received a call back asking me to confirm the change in writing by responding to the order confirmation email which I did immediately and asked them to confirm the when address was changed. After numerous calls to them I have now today 15th Oct cancelled the order. I still cannot get an answer as to whether or not the address has been changed and myself n my dad are fed up with having to keep calling them n never getting an answer. Terrible customer service, now to see how long the refund takes. First time using them and don't think I will do again in a hurry either.

It's refurbished.. don't expect the world..
I ordered a refurbished Dell i5 990 PC with a 500GB disk upgrade and 8GB RAM upgrade. All in all its what you'd except for a refurbished PC, minor faults include a few scratches and a case that just about closes. However I'm very annoyed that the DVD drive is completely jammed and the company did not make me aware of this. It is obviously something that they'd have seen before shipping so this is really poor service.
I've edited up to 4 stars as I've managed to pry the DVD drive door open, added to the fact that they've actually given me a higher gen model than I ordered, I guess I can't be too harsh

Purchased a gaming package for my son…
Purchased a gaming package for my son and it arrived within the timeframe advertised.
Looks top quality and value for money.
As I am not tech minded we had problems finding a network device and had problems logging onto to the internet. Called HST to explain and they got one of their tech guys (Charlie) to call me and walk me through the process whilst they patiently waited on the line.
Top service - quality products and would highly recommend.

I had excellent service when I bought my PC last year - it arrived very quickly. When it recently failed, even though it was out of guarantee, they spent a lot of time sorting it out. Truly amazing service from a very friendly helpful and knowledgeable team.
