Had a good experience with HST. received my laptop today and it seems to be working well.

There was a little delay but this has been during the Covid circumstances so is totally expected, they were good with replying to emails and have been really good under the circumstances.

The useless company I had ever known. I ordered a computer and it came with missing plugs, I got them on the phone after a week. It wasn't enough, but the computer didn't work, I returned it back and I still haven't got the money back!

This is an updated review, having been contacted by the company they are willing to look at the pc free of charge as a good will gesture which im delighted with.

Ordered a pc (The battlefield V ryzen 7 gaming pc) from this company 3 weeks before xmas (it arrived in time for xmas for my 9yr old) Was over the moon. However, the hard drive that I ordered extra, did not work, phoned up Ben, what a lovely gentleman he is, he told me to send the hard drive back and will send out a replacement. Very good company to deal with, the pc I ordered is second to none, absolutely looks amazing with the components thats in there, cable management is second to none, as for the actual pc, absolutely blown away, we had a free RTX 2060 upgrade on Black Friday, i cant thank Ben and his team enough for their honesty and hard work. Thanks to the team at HST. Would definitely recommend

I can not recommend HighSpec Tech enough for their help and the quality of the PC I received.
They have perfect customer service and I was kept completely up to date at all times, I was spoken to with the utmost respect and had my mind put at ease with their replies.
The PC was perfect. It was up and running within minutes with no faults or issues. It’s fast and quiet! I received everything perfectly packaged and within one day of notification it was dispatched. Everything was in perfect working order and the perfect condition.
I highly recommend HighSpec Tech for their amazing customer service and high quality goods - my son is over the moon with his new computer!

Fantastic service, altered my order 5 days after ordering which was no problem. Everything comes set up so it’s just plug and play. They also send all the boxes of the items used (motherboard gpu etc) just for piece of mind. Cannot recommend highly enough cable management is also top notch 11/10

My PC arrived a day earlier than excepted, had a few issues setting up, but there setup guide included in the box really helped. The PC runs and looks fantastic, for the price I would of expected cheap parts but they use really reliable and good parts, extremely happy I choose HST for my gaming PC. Will definitely recommend 100%

Went to buy a pc just to find out it’s delayed by a week, and after just getting it it doesn’t work. It’s just a joke at that point, I’m very disappointed, ** *UPDATE- they are resolving the issue and I now understand that is is nothing to do with HST as it has been tested and I blame the transporting company hopefully there is no issues after.****UPDATE pc came and is working fine and got a free mouse mat from a Top man, cheers man

What an awful experienced i had with this company, i ordered my pc and been sent out incomplete. Ram was missing,Wifi Dongle was missing and power supply making noise. i asked for the replacement and i was told it was posted and will be with me soon. The Day arrived but nothing received. I gave this company negative rating through 3rd party platform due to this, i was told to remove my rating then they will send the replacement out ( Surely you told me previously it was sent out, obviously you were lying). Your negative rating will remain there.

What can i say?? Some top fella named Mark has been incredible. He's dealt with my crying because of 1 faulty RAM part and he has sorted me out. Could not thank him enough. Now i dont normally do this but i even gave him my discord link. Top job and keep up the good work. much love to this guy. OOCCHH!!

Great experience with customer care, Dom who dealt with my request replied quickly and refunded me for a discount that I failed to apply on my purchase. Yet to receive the pc but I expect no faults if the standards remain at this calibre.

Very help full staff (Dom is who i messaged with) made the process of buying all the items i needed very easy.

This company is great. The goods are perfect and my son is over the moon with them. Mark from the company was amazing he kept me upto date with the build and delivery and went above and beyond to answer all my questions....and I had alot lol.
would most certainly recommend this company.

Amazing company. Found a really nice pc for a good price. But what made it was the customer service. Mark and Dom were superb
