Since then we have undertaken our process to provide you with an annuity and have provided you with an outline of our process and typical timescales for each step. We will continue to liaise with you, your pension scheme and chosen provider to ensure we set up your annuity in a timely manner.

Unless you are a financial expert, they cannot be trusted .

2 1/2 months...still not completed.
Familiar 'company' experience template in place :
Phone tree, advisor , repeated information, notes made, details passed on, no response, no communication, no movement.
The advisors/call centre client deflection team, display little undestanding , repeat recognisable template issued responses in order to assure that matters are in hand with the utmost urgency.
With the funds remaining unissued, interest and commisions remain assured for the small cost to the splendid phone advisors , commited to your financial well being.
Emails grudgingly issued from them,
outlining 'the process' ,:
the initial indicative report,
the sending of the report,
the acceptance of the report,
the process to gain a guaranteed report ,
the sending of the report,
the acceptance of the report , t
he forms to be sent,
the forms to be received,
the checking and clarifacation thereof,
each section of the 'process' to take 5-7 working days, although note has been taken of the requested urgency to expedite the 'process'.
This 4 month 'process' is explained to me , in addition to the 2 1/2 month procedure to pass the information to them.
The 'process' itself makes no productive, logical, financial sense other than to refuse access to your funds.
Legal action under discussion.
Illegal action also.

My equity release application was approved and completed and funds transferred speedily.

Andy Chadwick has just supported my parents through the process, which for 2 very elderly people can be a bit worrying. His patience to manage separate calls with them due to them not being able to be on the same call was exceptional. All risks were identified and great care was taken to ensure that my parents were happy with the outcome. I can highly recommend Andy and his team to work through this process and advise on the optimal solution.

Laura of Hub Finance Solutions went through my pension with me. She had to go through the boring bits and didn't make it painful and then went through the Finance bits in a way I could understand. If I interrupted with a question she didn't sound annoyed and answered in such away I understood, at a level I was happy at and not patronising. By the time we finished I felt I could make an informed decision

The lifetime mortgage was processed quickly with very few problems. However, their valuation of my property was considerably less than the market value, which increased the interest I had to pay on the amount I wanted to borrow

My advisor was knowledgeable and listened to me. She made the whole process uncomplicated. I had approached other companies and it appeared almost impossible to attain an equity release using their systems.

Right from the beginning we were put at ease by Alison who talked us through the whole process.
At times when we didn’t quite understand some things she went through it again until we understood.
We felt comfortable and it was only towards the end we had a bit of a delay. Other than that we were thoroughly satisfied.

All communications with staff from HUB were very clear and followed up on very promptly. Our advisor, Steve, took time to talk through what we wanted and discuss our options to help us make an informed choice. He was very approachable throughout the process, responding quickly to all our queries. Once decided, everything was put in place very quickly. A very positive experience overall.

Very clear information tailored to my needs

While the process was very in depth, everything was explained fully with great patience and professionalism.

We dealt with Jackie Hart. My parents were in need of additional capital to help with their expenditure. I won't divulge what, but want to stress that additional complications were present. Jackie was exemplary at every stage. She explained things clearly, double checking my parents understanding throughout. She has a very calm, clear and approachable nature and is a credit to Hub. To add, I'm an IFA dealing with my own clients on a daily basis (and as POA, unfortunately for Jackie, I sat in on the meetings). Jackie 'sings' Consumer Duty.

The company seems to care and offer a professional approach to solving financial issuers. We have dealt with Jackie Hart and she has been great.

Very prompt and attentive service. All our questions were answered and we were made to feel comfortable.
