I fairness, I purchased it to be used as a spare bed so it hasn’t actually been used yet, so can’t comment on performance.

Unfortunately huddle could advise on a fix and subsequently left me without a solution. I’m sure there is a schematic that exists that can show me what goes where but this seems to be unavailable
Whilst I can just fit the panel on the firmness function doesn’t work nor does the “stay inflated function”and needs manual adjustment.
What was at first a good product is now an overpriced inflatable lilo.

I wish i could put 0 stars. I finally returned my faulty bed, they've had it for 16 days and still have not processed my refund. As i've said before AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I bought the never deflate double air bed. Website says free next day delivery. It was not next day delivery, it was delivery in two days from order placement (I placed the order on Saturday after 12pm cut off and received it on Tuesday night). Then on the day of delivery, I was given a time slot range by DHL and they were late by 4.5 hours. Not a good experience when it come to delivery.
I've briefly tested the bed. It has a quiet motor compared to other airbeds I've had. Inflation and deflation times are pretty good. I really liked the auto switch off feature when the bed is fully inflated or delfated.It was comfortable to lie on in my brief test. I haven't slept on the bed overnight yet so can't comment on the silent never deflate motor.

I made a mistake bye ordering this when it wasn't really necessary,
However I contacted Huddle, and in a very short time I was contacted by Khraeen, they were very understanding and very supportive, helping me cancel the order on every email. I got a reply straight away.Very, very good service.I recommend to anybody.

I’m really impressed with these electric air beds. I bought a king size off this company last year and more recently a single one. They’ve been used for couple of weeks for house guests and we’ve had no issues what so ever. The built-in pump inflates it in just a few minutes, which makes setting it up so easy, and deflating is so quick. My guests have told me they are incredible comfy and feels like a normal mattress. I would definitely buy from this company again.

I was within the year warranty chased them up told them the problem, my bed was deflating very fast despite no evident problems or holes. They ignored me, asked me to provide information I wouldn’t have had like the postal number, the order number etc. took forever to reply, used google translate to send me responses which made no sense and eventually told me they can’t help me as warranty expired. I contacted them 4 months before expiry and they managed to prolong the email conversations to that point then told me they won’t do anything and it’s not their problem that I was getting response in Italian and in English. They said they only write English’ and have no Italian customer service even though I purchased the product in Italy. It’s just by chance I can speak English. So that’s outrageous also how can you provide a product in a country where you can’t provide customer service. Truly atrocious company please do not use them at all.

Loving my mattress!!

I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of the bed and the customer service from Huddle Living.
After just three weeks of use, the comfort setting (which keeps the bed inflated overnight) developed a fault. The wire connection was clearly loose when moved at certain angles, the red light would flick on and off. This was concerning, especially for a product that remains plugged in all night.
I contacted customer service straight away and provided clear video evidence of the issue. I explained that I’m currently waiting for a house move and this bed is my only place to sleep, so I asked if a replacement could be sent first and I would return the faulty one immediately after. They refused, offering no practical solution.
I was left with no option but to continue using it. The situation has now worsened and the all-night inflate function no longer works at all. I’m waking up during the night and in the morning with back pain because the bed deflates. Despite showing proof that the product is faulty, they still will not send a replacement before receiving the return.
To make matters worse, I’ve now been told I need to source my own packaging to return it, as no box will be provided and I was “expected” to keep the original packaging. For an expensive product, this level of aftercare is unacceptable.
The customer service has felt cold, inflexible and unhelpful throughout. For a premium-priced airbed, I expected much better quality and far better support when something goes wrong.
Very disappointing experience. Would
Avoid.

The bed deflated overnight and customer service was not proactive even though on the service they tried to be helpful. I have had to follow up from start to finish. At this time I am still out of pocket for a faulty bed and I have confirmation this was received at the warehouse on the 2nd Jan. Today after following up again I am told it will be a further 7 days.
Give the product a try if you want to take your chances but for me, I wanted a straight up simple refund and would not order again.

Airfryer good but i took a label off stainless steel lid. I emailed them and at first was impressed but all gone quiet now . Not happy having a sticky mess on my airfryer . I asked if i could buy the stainless steel top but awaiting reply from my last email. Here is last email received

My husband persuaded me to buy one of these. I was a tad reluctant because I could see there were cheaper alternatives.
However, I am really glad I got this one. Super comfy. Love it💗
And yes, I am glad that my husband is fantastic at research. I did do my own too and came to the same conclusion!

My mattress arrived on time, The items instructions very easy to follow. I had to communicate with Huddle customer service relating to the warranty. The email response was dealt with quickly. Great service. Thank you

We just received the product today 8 Oct.
It was complete with written instructions, both quick start ones and one with more detailed instructions. And included are two patching squares that you can cut from to plug any holes should someone cause a hole to occur by mistake. It even included a small thumb size piece to prevent mold. I think this was for the shipping, but I will keep it to put in the storage bag when we deflate It.
Also when I opened the box and pulled out the storage bag with the mattress delated inside it, I realized it does not take up much storage space and weighs only about 15 kilos.
Also on the instructions they had two bar codes to scan. The first connected you to a video showing how to remove the bed from the bag, lay on the floor and how to inflate.
I followed all the instructions and it inflated to the firm setting I chose. This initial inflating sounds noisy from this inflate pump. But it inflated in around 3 min or less. And it stopped by itself when it was fully inflated to the firm setting. So far all this is truly a 5 star rating. And being an 82 year old 6' 5&1/2" man with knee and leg issues, I was happy to see and feel how easy it is to get on and off the bed.
Also it is easy to move the bed to different locations on the room floor when you want locate it in a different place.
My wife and I both tried laying on it, at different times and felt it will meet our needs. We will give another review on the product after several months of use. But for now the product certainly rates a 5.
The delivery issue rates a 0 for the delivery company in every aspect. It was to be delivered 3 Oct, we only got it today 8 Oct.
This was only after 3 failed attempts at wrong locations, even though the original label from Huddleliving had the correct address and post code. We have recommended that Huddleliving use a different company for delivery. When they went to the first wrong address in the afternoon 3 Oct (Friday), we could not communicate with Huddleliving or DHLecommerce as well.
And on Monday 6 Oct, it was still impossible for us to connect with DHL ecommerce.
During this time I think we communicated by email with at least 4 members of the Huddleliving support team.
The huddle support team response was always very sympathetic, but it seems they too were having difficulty getting responses from DHl.
We sent so many emails it became combersome for Huddle to manage. Thanks for the patience with our emails.
One frustrating thing for us was we could not get anyone on the phone to talk with from either company. Although Huddleliving has a number , it always told us due to heavy volume, to hang up and call back.
In summary, the product and its support litersture, and video and scan codes for the video and registry of warranty are great and deserve a 5 for now.
Our recommendations for Huddle Living to improve, include the following:
1. Immediately get a new carrier. This one is affecting your reputation and causing dissatisfaction.
2. Have more people available to handle calls so that people can at least que for not more than 5 min.
3. Have live online chats with your support team not robots.
4. What ever shipper you choose to use, make sure there is a way for you as a business, to get a quicker response time, than what we as receiver of your product might get.
I hope to be able to give another 5 rating to the Delux double air mattress in 2-3 months time.
And I hope to read at that time what you have done about getting an effective delivery company.

Company: Disappointed in customer service. There were issues with the delivery; as I needed the air bed for a weekend (planned in time for delivery with the website stated times) I contacted the company a few times with initial delays. Initially they were supportive although not very proactive, and after a week passed and as I no longer needed the bed, I started asking for a refund as is the company’s legal obligation. This request was continuously ignored. This is poor service as there is a law for this. Eventually almost 10 days later the airbed arrived unexpectedly with no communication from the courier or company, so no opportunity to refuse this.
Air bed: Giving a higher score than the company. I tried it only once but so far it matches the description, which is great. I will likely keep it as enough time wasted already with the company and courier.
(I generally am a positive reviewer but this company really frustrated me; it was a courier issue mostly, but their approach felt dishonest)

Cannot rave enough about this product. I bought the double Huddle lux bed direct from Hudde. Looked at other cheaper models but all had the same problem i.e leaking deflating. I decided to buy based on reviews and so glad I did. Arrived promptly We needed it for our camper van awning what can I say. Ingenious design. Self inflates in seconds. High off the floor makes it easy to get up. Im a bit creaky at 70 lol. You can feel this reinflate gently if it loses air. It took the weight of me my hubby and my dog! It was so.comfy we slept on this rather than the rock hard camper van bed!. Brilliant bed def worth paying more. Highly recommend. Deflate was brilliant. Went completely flat quickly. Just packed it up and back into the bag. Love love love it!! Plus you get a 2 year warranty!
