I really wanted to like Huega House
I really wanted to like Huega House. I support small businesses often, and was genuinely excited for the hat I ordered. I even paid extra for express shipping (2–4 business days) so I could have it in time for the weekend.
That was a week ago — and my USPS tracking still shows “Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item” with no movement at all. Meanwhile, my order was marked “complete” and labeled “delivery guaranteed” on their site.
When I reached out, the replies were vague. They claimed they were waiting for USPS feedback — but that’s not how USPS works. The truth is simple: they never dropped it off.
This experience has been frustrating not just because of the delay, but because of the lack of urgency, honesty, and accountability. I’ve already filed a BBB complaint and will be disputing the charge if the item doesn’t arrive as promised.
It’s a shame, because I liked the product. But businesses that can’t follow through — especially when charging extra for express — don’t deserve repeat customers.
