Exceptional consultants and AI specialists

Working with Hugh and especially Derrick has been a delight. They took the time to deeply understand our business, not just its mission statement or marketing materials. They interviewed a number of employees to seek for opportunities for improvement and where automation made sense. And they found them! We were so excited to get a brand new website implemented, a new CRM installed and integrated, and new marketing copy to better focus on our specific niche markets. We couldn’t be happier with the HugeAI team and their team of experts! Professional, friendly, and super helpful!

I found the after-hours help I was looking for

Huge AI has been instrumental in relieving our techs from non-essential/non-work related after hours service calls. In addition to answering questions callers ask, and transferring emergency calls to on-call techs, Huge AI has been taught to provide information about our inventory, in-store work capacity, mobile inventory, on site service capabilities and more . I would encourage anyone in the after-hours service business to invest a few minutes in the demo call.

Great, helpful analysis

Derrick's analysis gave me some great insights into parts of my business process where I was struggling and good suggestions on ways to improve. Not all the solutions were immediately actionable, but they motivated me to look for solutions that could immediately work for me in areas I hadn't previously considered.

Derrick gave me so much information on how to make the most time-consuming tasks take over 80% less time. He was kind professional and was able to work around my very busy schedule. I I am able to save 6 to 10 hours a week of admin work so that I can focus on Sales. Thanks to huge AI.

Painless, fast, and immediately useful

I've been on plenty of sales pitches, and they can be painful. This was completely painless.

The turnaround was almost immediate — I had the document in front of me in about five or six hours. And it's simple: here are the pain points, and here's the tool that solves each one.

What stood out was the documentation of possible ROI — not just in dollars, but in time. Time is incredibly valuable. I can't necessarily put a dollar amount on hours of my life, but if I get some of that time back, that's a tremendous amount earned. The fact that I have a document I can actually use to start implementing this stuff is huge.
