I have been using huggies aloe vera wipes for years because they were the thickest, strongest and worked the best. In the past six months they have become about as thin as tissues;so thin that my fingers can press right through them! They stick together and come out of the package several at a time. Almost impossible to unfold and use properly!

As with most everything else, making money is more important than producing quality and now its down to baby wipes! Even they are falling offer for
"shrinkflation"!

All I can say is "shame on you!" because I would have gladly paid a little more to keep the same quality!

Wow!! What a scandal! The owners should be imprisoned for crimes against humanity! Their products are clearly very cleverly designed with one goal in mind, make as much money as possible

I have used Huggies wipes for years as they were always great quality and they had a lovely scent. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO THEM???
They are now dry, half the size, and they are so much thinner and they tear very easily. You now need to use two wipes instead of one and they’re still useless because of the dryness!!! You also cannot get them out of the packet because they are so thin, so you cannot find the edge to pull them out one by one. So you end up with a clump of wipes every time. And the smell is now vile, they smell like an industrial cleaner.
After purchasing what were my favourite wipes for years and years, you have lost a loyal customer Huggies. I will never buy any of your products again and I am honestly baffled as to why you have ruined a perfectly good product.
If I could give zero stars I would, as your wipes are not even worth one star now. 😡

Awful. Had the pure water wipes for years. Now they've changed they are just terrible. And they stink too. Whoever came up with this at Huggies is an idiot.

Wow. You’ve changed everything about your wipes.
Less in a packet now, cheaper crappy material & really dry!!
The only reason I used Huggies was because they were the only non cheapo ones to get.
The quality is so bad, cheap supermarket own are better!

Just come here to say - I have switched to pampers 99% aqua wipes and they are much better and easier to get out of the pack and come with a lid too. Thicker and actually have a nice feel to them. In the UK they are retailing around 1.25 a pack on offer. Which isn't too bad considering I was having to use 2 of the huggies wipes a time. Only need to use 1 pampers wipe a time now.
I'm so sad huggies changed to this awful new design - I've been a customer for many years but I will never buy again.
My complaints against the huggies wipes...
1. Smaller and thinner (changed from 56 wipes to 48 too).
2.They stick together so very difficult to get out of the pack.
3.You have to use 2 wipes to get any sort of use out of them as 1 wipe isn't sufficient.

so disappointed the new formula is soooo bad will stop buying until you change back!

Quel déception !!! Je pensais que c était français, ça vient de Shanghai, livraison très longue 3semaines .
Et l étiquette sur le côté , il est écrit : sport .
Sur la semelle , il est écrit en relief : boutique .
Je ne vois le nom : Huggies nulle part !!!! Me suis bien fais avoir , une fois mais pas deux .

As usual - a "New improved design" means you get less for more. They are thinner and don't unfold when you pull them out of the packet which is exactly what you don't need when you have a child wriggling around Infront of you covered in poo. You can either mess around trying to unpick and unfold every individual wipe or just use a half sized folded one and use twice as many. Absolutely hopeless!

Having used Huggies PURE Baby Wipes for so many years, and been 100% happy with them....

I cannot believe their now very low standard.
What has happened to them??? They are so thin, I cannot separate them in the packet. The bear was embossed on every sheet. That's gone too. They have to be doubled up to use now. So disappointed!!! Will be changing my brand for sure.

Since they changed the wipes I wish I could give them no star at all! They were the best ones on the market by far and some genius decided to change a great product into the worst product on the market. What a joke! I use the wipes for everything, I mean like 5-10 packs a week since 16 years and now I will never buy them again unless they go back to what they were

Why have you changed them? Absolutely rubbish. Thin , dry and i struggle to get the out ! Ive used huggies for years, but im afraid ill have to get another brand . Will not buy again .. rubbish

There was nothing like the "OLD" huggies - the new ones are awful! In with the OLD and out with the NEW....... please! Otherwise I will have to find another product.

Se potessi darei anche meno di una stella.Ho comprato due paia di pantofole a parte il fatto che sono arrivate in ritardo, le ho provate per alcuni giorni e non mi sono trovata bene ho scritto al venditore che mi ha detto di continuare a provarle, quando gli ho riscritto per chiedergli il rimborso come pubblicizzano sul sito che se non sei soddisfatto ti rimborsano non mi hanno più risposto, ho continuato a scrivere senza alcuna risposta. Quindi sconsiglio di acquistare da questa gente.

Quelle tromperie ! Cette entreprise n'a rien de Français comme elle le prétend. J'ai acheté des pantoufles, sur la semelle il est inscrit "made in China" et le logo ne comporte même pas la marque "huggies" mais "SPORT"
Ne vous laissez pas avoir ! Il y a plusieurs sites qui proposent les mêmes moins chères !

Been using Huggies natural wipes daily for YEARS for many different tasks. I KNOW we should all be behind plastic free products but come on. Was there even any effort at all made to keep even the teeniest bit of quality to the product? The jump from best on the market to quite literally THE WORST on the market in one fell swoop is just insane. The new packs are smaller, wipes are ALOT thinner, drier, and you feel like a cheap magician pulling a chain of hankies out his pocket when you try pulling these things out the pack, good luck on trying to get one at a time out! These are nothing more than pound shop/cheap supermarket own brand quality now. The quality is so different and poor compared to the old version they are just useless now. Can't get over how big a drop in quality there is. Sad to see these go but I won't be buying huggies again (not unless they revert to the old ones or up the quality "big time" on these new ones ).

Ho ordinato da questa azienda due paia di pantofole il 29/12/2025, pacco, dicono loro tramite tracciabilità, affidato ad un corriere, dicono sempre loro, che ha tentato la consegna il 12/01/2026 alle 7:30 non trovando nessuno. Falso perché ero in casa personalmente perché in malattia. Sempre tramite tracciamento dicono che l'indirizzo è errato, falso anche questo perché l'indirizzo è esatto. Ora il pacco si trova in giacenza presso un magazzino, in un paese più o meno vicino a me!!! Ho provato a chiedere un indirizzo di questo magazzino ma mi hanno dato un indirizzo falso; un numero di telefono, falso anche questo. A questo punto ho mandato non so più quante mail all'Huggies spiegando la situazione, mai avuta risposta, niente di niente!!! Davvero poca professionalità e quindi pessimo servizio!!!
