i come here every week to get food for my reptiles and love seeing their reptile selection! staff have such a good knowledge on all the different animals and their needs! i recommend!

HUGGLEPETS ARE EASY TO DEAL WITH AND THE COMMUNICATION IS SPOT ON...

ordered reptile food on line, paying for 16oz and was sent 4oz. Even on the email saying it was coming, my order and the different amount they were sending was listed. Since it's with one of their online companies, HugglePets, they say I have to contact the other company, who, guess what ... say I have to contact Debenhams.
False advertising. Fraudulently taking money. No means of redress

The item I ordered did not arrive, Evri tracking showed it had been on hold for a week. I contacted Hugglepets who chased it up with Evri for me. They were told the item had been lost in storage.
Hugglepets dealt with the matter swiftly and efficiently and they offered me a replacement or refund. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

I made an error in my order and Suzie changed it before dispatch - and that's on Black Friday weekend. Really impressed.

Visited the store to purchase filters for my fish tank.The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I got home realised that there was an issue with my order, phoned and spoke to Suzie who was really helpful, along with the shop staff I spoke to on the phone who helped me trouble shoot my issue. All is working and my fish are happy.😃😃

I've ordered a few times from HugglePets without issue, but on this last occassion, I ordered the incorrect sized jumper for my shih tzu. Customer Service was excellent, no frustrating AI bot, but a real life person, Suzie! She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and helped me amend my order. Thank you Suzie and keep up the great work!

Lovely jumpers for my dogs
Ordered jumpers for the cold weather as my border terriers are getting a bit older, they loved them and look so cool. Ordering was easy and delivery was great.

Received a large Hugglepets crate through Amazon. Unfortunately one of the top bars won't go together. I hurt my hand several times trying to get it together. I packaged up & wanted to return (in the month timeframe). Unfortunately no printer at the moment. Contacted through Amazon to arrange a different return option and Hugglepets have just been incredibly difficult - asking for a photo of the crate. I said well it's packed up and a photo isn't going to show it doesn't go together. So now they are demanding a video. I don't want to try and put it together and hurt my hand again. Bearing in mind it's faulty and if I had a printer I could have just sent the item back, but no, they're being as difficult as possible. I still haven't got a refund 5 weeks later. Avoid.

After I purchased my item part was missing so I was corresponding with suzie who was absolutely brilliant and helped me get everything sorted out swiftly, many thanks to suzie I will continue useing this service again thankyou jackie
