Terrible. Ordered 2 on the 20th. Still being told they are on route. Don't order it's all a scam.

So much for 'better to buy direct': have been waiting three weeks for a Stitch which has quite clearly been lost in transit, but the company refuse to do anything about it and pretend it's still on its way. It's confirmed lost, but no refund or resend and going around in circles for weeks. Absolute rubbish - avoid!

If I could give zero stars I would SCAMMERS awful sounds and no heartbeat or white noise just a very odd breathing sound and loud music. Horrible whirring sound for breathing as well. Contacted company regarding this and then I was hit with the whole scam of sending back to china (funny said was uk based) and the humble 20% refund if want to keep! Disgusting company scamming people out of their money. My little boy paid for it with his bday money and now has a crap teddy to show for it. I hope the company is ashamed but we all know they won’t be as to busy lining their pockets DO NOT BUY

Bought the elephant. Worked for 3 weeks, then the breathing part broke. Emailed the company and was told 14 days was an adequate amount of time to raise any issue. Repeated emails and no answer. The reason the return policy is only 2 weeks is because they know the build is of such poor quality that the toy won't last much longer than that.

The company kept me informed on progress, which was really nice.
I got the rabbit hes so soft and cuddly, i love him.
Sadly hes been banished to my wardrobe for a while, the sound on it scared my dog, now she just attackes it, she will get fed up soon

Brought a stitch breathing bear a week before my little girls birthday.
She then had it for one week, and now the breathing element doesn’t work. The bear itself sounds very mechanical.
Emailed the company to resolve the matter and was told because it’s out of the 14 day return deadline all they can offer is 20% off.

Took a while to arrive but I was kept updated by email
Parcel was packed very tightly which made opening tricky as I couldn’t use scissors for fear of damaging the product

Not as good as the video. Quite solid and noisy, however it was what my granddaughter wanted for her 7th birthday. I bought one for each of the kids, however one stopped working within a couple of days. I had bought them in advance as their website suggested there was only a few left ( popular choice angel and stitch). I emailed Hugglys and received the following email:

I will not buy a replacement although this is going to be hard to explain to a seven year old.
Please don't be cheated by these people.......just don't buy.

Have the panda and koala lovely and soft but rather disappointed in the noises its makes it is loud with or without the music. When just the ‘breathing’ option is choosen it's not very soothing or calming just noisy so lovely teddies but feel disappointed with the calming side/function of the bears.

Awful, teddy arrived installed batteries, makes an awful noise not a calm breathing noise at all. Gave it to my 2 year old, who easily removed the battery pack. Wires on battery pack not safe looking at all for small children. Then I noticed a hole in the top of the bears head. I contacted them and they said they would give me a 20% refund and to keep the bear or return it to China at my own expense which would have cost more than the bear is worth. Waste of money and do not buy anything from these scanners.

I ordered 3 for my grandchildren and they are cheap, nasty 'toys' which l threw in the bin....no point sending them off to China for a refund that may not come. Two internal boxes for the batteries didn't have a switch button, the one that had didn't work either....a total waste of money.
