I ordered, paid, and never recieved the product. Bocus tracking and order number. Very disappointed as I ordered for my grandson's birthday.

My order that I payed for did not get shipped. I tracked the order and the tracking said it was delivered. I did not receive my the order. I have emailed both Hugo Cart and the shipping company three times each and have not received a response. I have tried to access the website and it has been shut down

Ordered 6 never got any and requested money back and they never sent it back and won’t respond to messages got me for over 500.00

I order a cart a day after Easter. Received an email stating it was shipped on the 6th. Its now the 14th and still no cart. I tried to track shipment but their wesite was non functional. Sent an email but no responce. Pretty obvious; scam, scam, scam! They got my money and ran!!!

I ordered for my great grands. Never received. Sent email no answer.

Scam scam scam! Report to fbi asap! There is a scam page for it. From now on, always research EVERY online company you have never ordered from and is fairly new. They’re doing so many different scams right now! There are tons of real estate “private rental” scams too! The BBB SCAM site works as well. You can also google if a site is a scam and it will tell you…

Scam! Spent $99, received NOTHING! Website has been taken down.

We ordered 2 carts for our grandchildren end of February 2026. Never received carts even after numerous emails back and forth. Finally about 6 weeks after order received refund. In one of the emails which I still have we were told we would get refund plus complimentary order Never received anything grandchildren disappointed.

I ordered 3 carts for our grandkids on 3/11/2026. I paid over $200.00!! I received status updates every 2-3 days when I tracked my order on the website. My order then said it was delivered on Sunday 4/5/2026. But as you can imagine……NOTHING was delivered. I did get a package the size of a business card earlier in the week, which had a pair of earrings in it. I had no idea where they came from until I read one of the reviews on this site. This has been a huge disappointment as the carts looked really fun for kids. I’m just glad I never told my grandkids about them so at least they weren’t disappointed as well. Some people, scammers especially, really suck!!!!!! It’s a shame how the world has become.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I sent several emails with no response. It says it was delivered, but all I received was an envelope with a pair of cheap earrings. TOTAL SCAM!!

Have sent all information requesting information, can't get a phone number. I think this is fraud. It says it was delivered but it has not! Very Frustrating.

The previous reviewer state issues w/ this company . I have experienced the exact same thing - placed an order on 2/26 / got tracking - when no product was delivered / I was told they would credit my account - ship out a new order . Yesterday my daughter in law told me they got an envelope addressed to my grandson w/ bunny earrings in it … I too am contacting my bank .. BEWARE !

Paid $99.99 on 3/6/2026 for a go cart for the grandkids; got email confirmation; got shipping notice tracking #JS92749575483790961107; what arrived today with this tracking number is approximately 6" x 6" manilla envelope with jewelry inside. Going to the bank to dispute the charges.
