If you live (employed or not) or work in the City of Hull, East Yorkshire, North or North-East Lincolnshire, or work for selected employers further afield, you are eligible to join.
Savings Accounts - We offer easy access accounts, a Christmas Saver that locks funds safely away for festive spends, and Junior saving for the special children in your life. All FSCS protected. Encouraging people to catch a savings habit is our passion. Also save-as-you-earn through our employer partners.
Affordable Loans – if you wish to borrow (from £100 to £20,000) on fair and responsible terms, think of us. Lending decisions are made by people, not computers. We carefully assess each applicant's situation, focus on affordability and tailor repayments sensibly. Unlike many lenders, our rates are capped by law.

Everything just so straightforward, and such nice people to deal with. I had to call twice and you just knew they were on the problem and sorted it within the call. So very efficient cant praise them enough.

I have been a customer with HEYCU for 3 yrs, both savings and loans. I have always received the upmost care and consideration from all the staff. If they can help you they will. Highly recommend them.

With the current COVID-19 situation it was handy to be able to do the whole process online. It was a very easy process from start to finish. Low rates and affordable repayments. Been with this loan company for 15 years now and the staff are lovely very helpful never had a problem with them. The online application took 2 minutes to fill out and was in my bank within a couple of days.

Always a good experience
Always a good experience. I use the Goole office. Nothing is too much trouble for the girls working there,.I received my documents online, (more of a pen and paper guy myself) i didn't have a clue, took it to Goole, Sarah sorted it in seconds, Brilliant.
