Want to return an item but there is no mechanism to do this on the site. UK law requires companies to offer returns within 14 days of receipt, so I contacted the company via their contact form and via instagram but after more than a week, have received no reply. I see this is a problem for many customers, and wish I had read trustpilot before ordering here.

They don't reply on email of DM's, they don't give a return address and so they don't refund. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

Great quality stuff, took a bit to arrive but im really satisfied with what i got for the money

I ordered the Japanese leopard print football jersey, which turned out to be too big. I wasn't looking to return it, just to exchange it for a better size. I emailed Human by Nature. No response. I contacted them via their website portal, but still nothing. I even tried through PayPal, but because I used their store credit system, I wasn't eligible to open a proper dispute, which is extremely frustrating and unclear.

To make matters worse, PayPal customer service tried to contact them on two separate occasions on my behalf, and they still never replied. So, after multiple attempts through different channels, and literally weeks of silence, I’ve been left stuck with something I can’t wear but paid £55.00 for.

It's not the product that’s the problem. It's the complete lack of basic customer service. A simple reply and an exchange would’ve solved it. Disappointed and definitely won’t be buying again.

I ordered a jersey and the quality is good, some people talk about the sizing but it's perfect. it is aligned on european size and not american size so keep it in mind while ordering

For the price you pay, I expect some customer service. It’s been 2 weeks and the tracking code says no log of order being made. 2 weeks and counting without package… respond to your emails!

Ordered a shirt over 3 weeks ago and they still haven't sent it even though they said 7-10 day delivery. They’ve also ignored me every time I’ve tried to reach out.

Won't respond to emails regarding a return. Don't shop here - waste of time and money

Looks like a scam company. No updates. No emails. No shipping information. They won't reply your emails. They will delete social media comments. Did not receive my products after spending $200+. First time experiencing such horrible online shopping experience.

Worst Shop experience ever.
No communication, no cooperation, nothing.
I wanted to send my order back and I got a response after over a week and after 3 messages.
They don’t answer your messages unless you remind them to do so.

Ordered something July 4th. I get an email that my order is out of stock after I had to email them for the progress after 3 weeks. I’m typing this August 15th, and not only have I not heard anything else, but I for sure don’t have my order yet. You don’t pay 70+ to not get an order.
