I have tried to cancel this account. I have been billed for a Premium membership since June. On the 20th of June, 2025, I was sent an email from Humva about my account expiring, so I figured it would just end. But, it didn't! I was billed the same amount every month. I tried several times to contact for cancellation but I never got through to them. This continued to repeatedly happen for the rest of the year!
Today is December 30, 2025. I got an email from Humva saying that they were closing business and only refunding people paid through to January 6, 2026.
Unfortunately I may not get any money from Humva.
I will revisit Trust pilot later for an update on my progress. NANETTE
