The people who rated this course a five are not looking at the big picture. Children, adults with learning disabilities and bilingual people will have an extremely difficult time interpreting questions and supplying answers on the final exam. It actually deters people from getting their license with its extremely broad and expansive material. They say it is geared to someone with a sixth grade education. I find that highly unlikely.
This is not the military where you have to know specifics on every topic relating to hunting , first aid and ethics. I was wondering why I never saw any hunters during deer season. Well, now I know. This test defeats the purpose of getting more young people involved in hunting.

the timer in between the slides are extremely annoying adding so much additional time to finish the course. this is enough for me to not recommend this course to anyone and to just tell them to do the in-person training as it would save so much more time.

i love this because i can sit at my desk and have some water and just enjoy tacking this test so i can hunt the rest of my life

Links don't work for finishing the course. Amateur level for such as serious topic. Calling and waiting on the line for someone "to be with me shortly" is a a waste of time, waiting for the "phone specialist".

Beware. HunterCourse.com is your enemy.

I thought I purchased their online course for $80 or whatever it was. I started taking it at my own pace. Then at one point a couple of months in, when I tried to log in, it told me my login has expired: We will reactivate it for you for $15. You should have read the fine print when you made a deal with the devil.

There is no justification behind this move. I completed maybe 10% of the course and they know it. They never sent me an expiration warning. They never warned me that I’m just renting the course not buying it.

Their motivation is crystal clear:

Great Course. The timer for each page is unfortunate for people that are faster readers, which I'm not but still beat the timer every time. Besides that though, it's a fantastic course with a very easy exam that covers everything you learned.

The site was okay, but it was incredibly slow because of the timer. There was a lot of irrelevant information, and every time I try to login it keeps telling me I have to pay even though I just did

THESE ONLINE HUNTING COURSES ARE A SCAM!!! I paid $80.00 for this and passed the online portion, but when i finally found someone to examine me with the practical portion, they all tell me I wasted my $80 bucks and I could have just went to them instead for 2 hours and did the same thing. $80 bucks for this scam and another $60 for the REAL DEAL

I love that I can sit in my own house and take this at my own pace I finished it in one day a lot of hours doing the test

Best course material, audible and videos were really great, virtual field days section was really great, thank you....

All of the material here is found in the CORE book but is narrated. There should be more questions on the quiz. You should be able to take the quiz more than once. I asked for a refund for this course. I do not recommend it if you have the study materials already.

Very informative and helpful

It was a vary good experience doing when I want and where I want at my own paste and I learned a lot about more about hunting.

Online was great. I was able to go at my own pace. However, now that I have completed it, there is no place to get the field experience portion. So now I have to pay to go in person. Double the money and time.

Lots of knowledge packed into the course. Had no idea there were so many types of ducks in Ontario.

This course is great, easy to understand, clear, even it come with YouTube with close caption, great for Deaf/ Hard hearing community that can understand what they are explain about.
