I am writing this as a final resort…

I am writing this as a final resort following a total failure in customer service regarding Order #100007580 (placed March 26th).
​My parcel has been static at the UPS Stanford Le Hope facility since April 20th. Despite my paying £79.58 in import VAT and fees on April 17th, the seller is now providing demonstrably false information, claiming the item is in a "Customs Hold."
​Facts for potential buyers:
​Payment: UPS does not collect import fees for items held in customs. The fact that my fees were paid and the parcel reached a UK warehouse confirms it cleared customs weeks ago.
​UPS Status: UPS has officially opened an investigation to "Locate the parcel" (Not found).
​Seller Response: I have requested a refund multiple times as the delivery has exceeded the 30-day legal limit. My emails are being ignored or met with automated responses.
​Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the seller is responsible for the goods until they are in the customer's physical possession. Hunting & Knives (Grupo Marpasi SL) has failed to fulfill this contract and is now ghosting communications.
​I have now initiated a formal Chargeback through my bank (NatWest) to recover the purchase price and the wasted UPS fees. I would strongly advise UK customers to look elsewhere until this company learns to communicate and take responsibility for their logistics failures.

Bird Carving Kit

I placed an order for a bird carving kit for my granddaughter, on 2 December. It should have arrived within 15 working days, in time for Christmas. I sent an email on 18th December and was told it hadn’t been shipped. After several more emails I had almost given up. Then to my surprise it was delivered on 12th January,
The carving kit was well wrapped and good quality. My granddaughter was thrilled to bits. It was just a shame it took 6 weeks to arrive!!!!

My first experience with H&K was not…

My first experience with H&K was not good but I gave them a second chance, it was like dealing with another company all my questions were answered quickly and to their word the order was delivered with in 7 days. I have since made 2 other orders and both orders arrived within 7 days. All orders are sent UPS from Spain and are tracked all the way so you can see where your order is at anytime.
I will be buying from H & K again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Shocked to learn that my daughter had stressfully waited since the 2nd of may for 2 Muela knives it’s now the 21st says on there website 15 to 20 days to obviously have them shipped in from Spain wich I have personally done myself and it literally took 1 week from a great company called Acreos de hispania..

I don’t understand how these clowns (huntingandknives.co.uk) are still operating it’s disgusting behaviour to think the poor lass paid extremely high prices for these 2 Muela knives as there my favourite I was gutted when she said sorry to me she couldn’t get me the presents that she thought I’d love in wich I bloody would of she’s been sick of her life waiting and waiting but eventually I think she got her refund processed well I hope she has and even then it took this company almost 2 days to process and close the order im furious about it but what can you do ? Except spread the word to everyone and anyone to shop else where you can get the same Muela knives for a lot cheaper in Spain.

I hope this company gets shut down and there partners AGEO wholesale ltd

It’s really bad for business the way these treat people and the way they process orders absolute scammers!

Ps they have changed there name from hunters-knives to hunting and knives.co.uk this is now so you can not leave any reviews for there new named website

We are now contacting the bank to explain were worried Incase this company tries and makes fraudulent transactions on the bank account as others have stated this is disgraceful…

Avoid avoid

Avoid avoid, avoid one more time. Worst company to keep promises when it comes to deliver on time. Order month ago and still didn't receive the item. After 2 weeks of order being still in process I contacted them and replay was that they have problem with warehouse and they will process my order in 10 days... for 2 weeks no one was bother to contact me that the order will be delayed. And after another 10 days still nothing... contacted again and no clear answer when my order will be process. That should be a birthday gift and already missed a date and still don't know if I will get it. Avoid them if you want save yourself all the stress...

Absolutel scam company I have ordered…

Absolutely scam company I have ordered a knife on 20/02/2025 and now we are on 27/03/2025 and no sign of that order i contacted them few times but always respond with some excuses blaming their warehouse i ask them for refund but they didn’t answer yet. Shame on them if i could i rate them 0 but the lowest is one star which is to much for them . I will discuss this with klarna because the payment is made trough them hopefully I will recover the money

Amended review. After several emails without reply and my order still processing I asked to cancel. I have been refunded.

Upto know i have given it 1 star

Upto know i have given it 1 star. As I ordered over 2 weeks ago. My order still says pending. I have emailed them multiple times with not one reply. I can't seem to find a number . Have I been scammed
Doesn't look like it ready re news so I will leave my judgment for a later date . They may come through was really looking forward to my package .

Huntingandknives.co.uk Great service

Huntingandknives.co.uk have provided excellent customer service throughout the buying process. Prompt responses to email queries, delivery within the timescales stated and the Joker Bowie I purchased, at a very competitive price. I will buy with confidence again.

NOT A SCAM WEBSITE

4 Stars only because it took a little longer than expected.

I placed an order with www. huntingandknives. co.uk on 3rd August. Item was delivered on 22nd August as described and in good condition.

I must admit I was slightly worried by the reviews on here, which did prompt me to chase them for a tracking number a few times but they did eventually follow through with my order and it was delivered.

If I was you, I would not be put off by shopping here due to negative reviews but do expect a 2-3 week delivery time period. I can only speak for mainland UK deliveries.

Ordered 3 knives and originally told 2 weeks now 4 weeks later I tried to ask for a refund but was told it was sent and provided with a tracking number the tracking number provided isnt a tracking number and said courier have no idea so annoyed i have been scammed and didnt see these reviews earlier

Purchased some knives on 14th April

Purchased some knives on 14th April. Took until 26th April to arrive, only 1 of 5 units arrived and the company has subsequently ignored me since.

AGEO Wholesale LTD I have filed small claims court.

The isn’t a lower rating available unfortunately, I am still waiting for an update for order placed in March, last correspondence advised it would be sent last week, refund requested a couple of days ago, I should have read reviews prior to ordering- muppet. Will have to contact the bank, waste of time, avoid

Why on earth anyone would want to buy knives zombie swords or any weapon that could lead to the murder of an innocent is beyond me.
These sites that advertise themselves as sporting shops need closing down all they do is pedal misery.
If your an owner of one these shops that sell products of this nature, change your profession and stop putting profits before misery and get a moral compass.
