We are 7 old school friends away for the weekend in Buxton and I have bought the treasure hunts before , and because we didn’t really know the town I decided to get the booklet , we had a blast thank you 😁

First time doing this and it was a fun way to see around an area never been to before.
4 in our group - all over 60years old - enjoyed on a cold winters day

We really enjoyed our hunt around Cheltenham & the experience was really reasonably priced. The customer service we had was excellent when we ran into issues with the Royal Mail postage. Won't hesitate to use again or recommend

A great gift for young people in their 30’s. When people come to visit it makes a sight seeing trip of their locally area more meaningful and they can learn something about where they live.

While the hunt was a fun way to explore a small city with lots of history, we struggled to initiate the hunt as the first direction/picture was for a building that didn't seem to exist any longer. We spent over half an hour on foot searching for the initial site and determined it had been repurposed into a different building. The rest of the hunt was fine, but I think it was quite pricey for a .pdf that had an inaccurate starting point and no real goal other than a certificate.

A great way to get around a town that you've never visited before. Treasure hunt is easy to follow with both easy to spot and more difficult to find answers.

Always so efficient and phone customer service is second to none. Can't recommend them enough

Great way to see a new town. We found lots of things we'd never have seen, otherwise.

We enjoyed doing the treasure hunt with three 7 and 8 year olds, but perhaps some of the clues need revisiting.

Was rather disappointed that these so called books are just a few pages just 12, with a card cover. For nearly £10 plus postage I had expected something much more substantial. I feel this is a bit of a rip off.
I am gifting two of the books I purchased, so was even more disappointed they weren't a proper book, only a 12 page booklet. I know that the printing of these would not have cost a great deal.

Received a quick response with a phone call to clarify my original query. The order was processed quickly. There was an issue with the postage but this was quickly resolved. We went as a family (2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and 9 years) on the Canterbury Treasure hunt. The instructions were easy to follow and fun to complete. It’s a great way of actually noticing things and looking at a place with new eyes. Some of the directions are out of date because the garden in Canterbury are being redesigned and hence are not open to the public. Consequently 3 of the questions were not possible to answer. We just skipped them and moved on.

We took part in the Exeter hunt last week with our 11 year old daughter and 13 year old nephew. Having lived in the area for over 10 years, we were amazed at the new sights and facts we learnt about the place. The hunt kept us all engaged and interested, a wonderful day out.
A great family activity for all ages!

We had such a great day doing the Worcester Hunt! Even though I’ve been to Worcester town centre many times, this really opened my eyes to places and details I’d never noticed before. It was fun, and a great way to explore the city in a different way. A lovely day out with my husband. Highly recommend!

The Tewkesbury trail is not young child (8+) friendly - far too many dates to find, involving a lot of reading. The first question was not helpful - trying to find a grave in the Abbey grounds that is full of graves, with no real direction. The answers to a couple of questions were either no longer there or obscured or on a busy roundabout. We gave up just after half way as the children (ranging from 13 to 8) were not motivated and they usually are very motivated, but having not found answers without adult intervention (and glacing at the answers) they quickly lost interest. Nothing at all for the children with additional needs we had with us

Only 4 stars because 3 questions were impossible to answer without the internet. Question 3 was presumably connected to the Music Room shop but this closed in March 2023 and there is no reference to Benjamin Banks anywhere. The plaque detailing Elizabeth Frinks statue has gone and there is now just a QR code so it is impossible to answer question 13 without a smart phone. No.34 can only be answered by entering the Guildhall which was closed when we did the hunt. YOU NEED TO KEEP THE QUESTIONS UP TO DATE.

I’m still waiting back for a reply one week later.

Easy to use GPS hunt with comprehensive information to support a self managed hunt. The team thoroughly enjoyed it and many have decided to do more with their families and friends to explore other places.
The custard pies and umbrellas were certainly a highlight!
