A partner you can rely on anytime for everything your office needs.
Special thanks to Teresa, who handles even the most dificult and tedious situations brilliantly.

Anna from Hunt Office assisted me this morning and she resolved my issue to my utmost satisfaction without any delay whatsoever. A very pleasant experience. Anna was extremely helpful and gave excellent customer service.
Thank you very much Anna.

I had a small problem - which was easily resolved because there was a real person at the end of the phone (Teresa) who listened and acted - resolving my issue speedily, with empathy and with utmost professionalism - that is proper customer service.

Kasia in Customer Service was very professional and helpful. She sorted my query out super quick and has been really helpful.

Hunt Office provided excellent information regarding delivery and lead times. Really good products at excellent prices

Excellent experience with customer service representative Teresa - was so helpful on the phone to help resolve my query and even reached out to a supplier for more information on the product.

Great company to deal with. Will be purchasing again

I placed an order and it was partially delivered. The following day I contacted Hunt Office regarding the remainder of the delivery and got talking to Teresa. She looked into this and sent me several prompt email updates regarding the delivery. It arrived the following day.

Teresa provided excellent customer service and provided prompt updates.

I made contact with Laura who made the whole process very simple - Her knowledge of products is very good and I valued her advice given when asked.

Personal service and local telephone number. Huge range of stock and reasonably priced.

very efficient and friendly helpful team.

It is always a good idea to spell out what you are looking for and especially concerning office IT components for example - I find if I am looking for adapters for instance I will say I want to go from (for example) a USB-A type ending into an adapter which then connects into a PC with a USB-C endpoint. What I also find is that Hunt Office Supplies always get it right and have never sent me the wrong product. Sometimes suppliers can send you adapters which are the wrong way around, but never Hunt.

I had an IT query that I could not find the answer too. Through HuntOffice I was put in contact with the most patient and helpful Hannah. This lady solved my query which took some time as I was not sure of the correct terminology. Again Thank you Hannah!

Super efficent & knowledgable

Fantastic and quick service. The team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with – 5 stars!

Taiti was so helpful and so quick to respond to my query

I couldnt see what I was looking for on the website. My call was answered immediately by Teresa and she couldnt have been more helpful. She did as she promised and followed up with information on an email. Not sure if I will be ordering this time around but would have no problem recommending this business based on their customer support

hunt office, a lovely company to deal with very easy website excellent costumer service easy to pay online very secure

I am a tetraplegic and in a wheelchair. I bought a I’ve adjustable desk in 2022. I add interaction with stuff around the time of purchase, and a couple of enter actions with the customer support team, including last week.

I found the service offered to be exceptionally patient(!), courteous, and, most importantly, very helpful.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them for their overall service levels…

We had a UPS power supply which failed after approximately 14 months' use. Contacted Hunt Office, where Marie took on the case. There was constant follow up with the supplier, over a short few days, where we were kept fully informed.
After a brief investigation of the issue, the unit was replaced, with zero frustration on our part.
Marie at Hunt Office kept in contact until the new unit was delivered and shown to be working perfectly.
She is a true example of "Great Customer Service".
