Very happy
Unfortunately, my personalised 100 th birthday card for my Mum didn't turn up after 5 days being posted 1st class. I made a call and the guy I spoke to was so helpful and apologetic, even though he can't control the postal service! He sent another out with 24hr tracking and I received it the next day, just one day before the big birthday! He also refunded me. That was great service. BTW, still no original card turned up!

Disappointed
I was disappointed with the card and consequently ended up buying another one. I didn’t realise it was blank inside and just generally didn’t think it was very special.

Good customer service.
I was sent the wrong card from the one I had ordered, although it was very similar. I was also disappointed that the card was not as special/different as I had expected. However. I was appreciative of how promptly and efficiently Hunts dealt with my complaint, reimbursing and compensating me without hassle.
I would consider both using and recommending them again.
