I ordered a distributor for an older forklift. Wrong part was sent and it turns out they don't have the right one. To return the part for a refund they say I have to ship it back to China at my expense! It was shipped to me from Texas but I have to return it to China? That just doesn't make sense! Avoid this company at all costs! They will take your money and mess you over! Don't believe their response. It's been over two months since I returned the product and I'm still waiting for word about my refund. I'm not holding much hope for ever getting it.

"Huparts" is a rip off site,ordered a hydraulic part, you place your order , pay for it and then get hit with other hidden charges which are collected cod by UPS , so you pay up again or you don't get your part.....advice ??... Avoid

We needed a replacement hydraulic pump for one of our older excavators, and stumbled across this site while searching online. Honestly wasn’t expecting much, but ended up pleasantly surprised. The part fit perfectly, arrived well-packed, and the price was reasonable too.

Customer support answered a couple of questions we had before ordering, and they actually knew what they were talking about—not something you get everywhere. Shipping took about a week, which was fine for us.

Overall, solid experience. Nothing fancy, just reliable parts and decent service. We’ll probably order from them again if we need something down the line.
