I booked and paid for an in-person classroom Health & Safety course in London which was advertised as including face-to-face instruction with tutors.

However, when I attended, no classroom training was provided at all. I was instructed to proceed directly to the exam immediately upon arrival without receiving the classroom teaching that formed part of the advertised course.

The company later acknowledged by email that I “did not receive the classroom training”, but refused to issue a refund.

I attempted to resolve the matter directly before leaving this review.

Very disappointing experience and not what was advertised at the time of booking.

Mustapha was very professional, clear and straight to the point. He made the lesson easily understandable and relatable.

The instructor was well knowledgeable and well spoke throughout knew how to make a boring situation barrage and enjoyable would recommend others if they were to do this course

I did a First Aid Level 3 training course which was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the course. Mustafa was fantastic and explained everything very well. I would definatley use Hurak again in the future.

My advisor Shan swiftly and efficiently sorted what I could only describe as a brain fart by me trying to book a top up course I picked the wrong course and location.. Shan took less than 10mins to rectify it all. Thank you to Shan for doing what others feel is impossible but managed to calm a stressed Scottish man down :)

The trainer Mustafa is very knowledgeable on the course content. He ensured participants demonstrated key elements of the course like CPR, recovery position and choking.
