Bought a knife from Husk last year got bombarded with emails so blocked them. Now I’m being bombarded with phone calls, I block each number and they change the last two digits and call again. Complete harassment even though I’ve asked them to stop!

Bough a knife last year and I have been hounded with calls since then trying to get me to buy more stuff from them. Knife is ok but sick of the calls. STOP!!!!!
I have even blocked the number but they are still getting through 😡

I recently purchased a pair of shoes online from Husk during a final sale, but unfortunately, they are completely unwearable as they are far too big. I reached out to the store, hoping for a reasonable solution—at the very least, a store credit—especially given that I’m a loyal customer who has purchased two full-priced handbags, two full-priced necklaces, and three tops. However, they refused to offer any flexibility.

I understand final sale policies, but for a premium brand, I expected better customer service and consideration for repeat customers. Disappointing experience that makes me think twice about future purchases.

Truly awful. The knife is a lower quality grade steel that is made in China and sold in Lithuania! Not Japanese at all. Found this out after carrying out some research due to poor customer service.Ordered a whetstone only to be sent a wooden block from Matsato. Nothing like the picture on the website that I ordered and a totally different product. Took 2 weeks of e mails and pictures. Kept asking for evidence. The whole experience was annoying and frustrating. Eventually apologised for the inconvenience and said they give the best quality products! It’s not what I ordered. Never offered a refund or to give me what I actually asked for. And the sheath ? Not stamped with the Husk logo as in picture. Again cheap and multi bulk produced. Told them I hadn’t received this item and was told it was my problem to contact the carriers. No luck there either, but eventually found it in my recycling bin. Never followed up to see if I had received it. Should have left it there. I actually thought I was scammed as the customer service was dreadful and the advertising promo of 75% discount!! Really? It wasn’t worth what I paid. The block and sheath virtually double the price of the actual knife.Lesson learned a shocking company. Avoid at all costs. I feel like I have actually been mugged.

I received a husk knife and it was awful so I gave a 1 star review within 24 hours I was contacted by their customer care department. I can only praise their response I got a full apology and refund without the hassle of having to return the knife. The lady who spoke to me was polite and very helpful. Great aftercare!

Ordered knife, arrived 3 weeks later. Good quality knife. BUT, prompted to buy sheath for it at time of purchase which I did but they charged me for 4 sheaths, emailed immediately to say please stop sheaths as I only need 1 as only have 1 knife on order but apparently couldn't stop order, Rubbish I do orders for a living and can change (if they wanted to). Had to send extra 3 sheaths back to Germany, which cost me over £10 only to take another month to get home today to find they have been returned to me, no reason just undeliverable. Emailed customer service again saying I want refund again and now waiting for reply. I'm now out of pocket and fed up. I would NEVER buy from these again and won't be recommending them to anyone either. Absolute shambles to deal with when told they are in UK but all their orders from Germany l not UK (obviously) and no UK return address. Scam Im thinking as I don't think I'm ever going to get this resolved and I'm so disappointed

Knife ok. Ordered sheath for it over a month ago quick to take money but no sheath. Contacted customer services who are useless, provided update re tracking which I knew about. Emailed back to them asking for refund but they have gone silent. Quite a difference from the bombarding of calls you get once you order. Not getting money back and no goods. DO NOT use this company.

I bought one of their knives and all was well until I got 14 calls in 16 days pestering for a review well here it is: the knife is OK as knives go but the aftermath of nuisance calls leads me to deter anyone from buying one. I would never buy another or reccomend it to anyone. A good knife but not worth the strife.

These are not what they advertise (other than they are actually knives).

Company based in Lithuania, and despite the “Japan” branding, they are manufactured in China.

So, cheap Chinese copies of Japanese knives. Poor quality materials, poor quality made and certainly don’t stay sharp for more than a week.

Ordered from get-huusk.com . Paid over two weeks ago and still no delivery.item meant to arrive on 3rd may .Customer service simply do not reply at all and this is not a cheap knife . Clearly company simply don't care as long as they have your cash. Avoid this site at all cost as they are stealing people's money and getting away with it.

realised, this was, a Chinese company, pretending to be Japanese, even watermark on box, complained, was told I would get a refund, didn't, chinnese crap, should be banned,, head quarters in Lithuania, make same knives, with different name's etched on them, beware, no governing body doe's anything to stop these crooks, shocking ,oh saw the advert through Google ad, 😂😂😱😱, oh are the positive feedback real people,🤔🤔, oh the steel used is crap saucepan quality, Japanese always grade their knives with etched, grading, watch on YouTube a guy who's investigation into this hussk company who keep reinventing them self's, hussk japan, etc, they buy cheap from China, and get different etched names on knives, watch out usa, they pay people who haven't a clue about, the product, to give them 5,*****,reviews,according to the youtube video and not to blame reviewers 😜😜😜, if a company give you 50%,to 70%,discount, how can they stay in business, a scam,think about it, bet I don't hear, from these plague victims, 🤞🤞🤞🤞👍👍

Al the bad reviews for Husk are so deserved.I ordered one and when I got the confirmation of order arrived they had changed my order to five Husk knives . I immediately emailed within two minutes to point this out but got no answer. I tried everyday for a week to get in touch and not a word or call from them .Eventually they got back to me about three weeks later and said I would not get a refund for the nearly £170 or so they had taken from my account but as a goodwill gesture would offer me half, they said. When I pointed out what they had done , ie changed my order from one knife to five they totally ignored me. After numerous emails which again were ignored I gave up and I lost all my money. So buyer beware . they are cheats and thieves and the other thing is their knives look impressive but mine wouldn’t cut butter and I have never used it because the cheap knife I bought in Asda for £3 was a far sharper knife and actually cut things. The Husk knife is useless. So pay attention to these poor reviews they are all deserved and the company is running a scam!!

Not Japanese crafted/forged blade. Very poor knife. Loose handle. Customer service very poor. Eventually agreed to pay half as to much hassle to send it back. Does not stay sharp and not comfortable to use. Do not buy!!

Global scam company!! False advertising!! Do not purchase! They sell cheap Chinese made DULL knifes pretending to be some great Japanese product! Add me to the list of fools!!
I am blade collector and I suspected this to be too good to be true!! You have been warned!!

The husk knife is almost a perfect product. I really like the way they are designed, they have great size for a knife while other knives are big and large for a reason I don't understand. Thumbs up to the creator of that invention

Wao excellent knife and it loved it,when I chopped vegetables it's very comfortable to hold,finely chopped veggies,and its sharpness is amazing,highly recommended
