No communication and transparency whatsoever, they made me pay 120€ and then they stopped responding to my emails. I am now asking for the money back and again, no response. This company should be illegal and I will be looking into this.

We had a good experience with huurteam. We contacted them to get our deposit back from the landlord, who refused to give it back. It took some time for everything to be processed and for us to get the deposit back, but eventually we did. The process was simple and clear.

Huurteam Nederland was great. Everything explained clearly and on-time, very eager to help and the no cure -no pay policy is also great, since it doesn't require upfront payment and it is accessible to people from different socioeconomic groups. It is a great and care-free solution if you have problems with your rent - I highly recommend it.

Was ik afgelopen 8 maanden goed geholpen door de huurteam met een geweldige afloop van mijn zaak. Meneer Hendriks is zeer professionele aanpakker.

Easy to work with and helped to get back more of our deposit. Very glad to have found them!

It took a while due to the court process etc but eventually I got my full deposit back! Communication could be improved but I didnt feel in the dark at all, and also legel proceedings take time which is understandable! At the end of the day its the result that counts and in my case it was a fair result and they got the job done!

I had a bad experience with them unfortunately.
Regardless they claimed to be no cure no costs policy I needed to pay €650 in advance.
I was promised to get around €10 000 back since I paid to much, and should not pay double for periods, to get the deposit back, legal fee, etc.
After that basically no real cure happened. No real representation. Only thing happened is that he sent email to the landlord. After the 1st email I needed to ask him to send the email reminders because the landlord was paying some more back in installments. We did this process for about 3/4 of the year. I have received back around 2k and he told me I should not expect anything more.

I have a very good experience with Rental team Netherlands. They replied directly to my questions and helped me very fast to reduce my rent. The procedure was fast, around 3 months in total!
I was feelings always protected my law, and without them the procedure to lower my rent probably would take way longer. The compensation they ask, is very fair.

Tras cuatro años de alquiler y habiendo dejado la casa en mejores condiciones que como me la encontré mi casero me retuvo unas semanas el depósito y empezó a descontar dinero por daños imaginarios, cuando el informe a la entrega de llaves había sido muy positivo y contaba con un reportaje de fotos del inicio y el final. Perdí casi mil euros que con Huurteam recuperé.

Op 27 augustus 2025 het starttarief van Huurteam Nederland teruggestort gekregen. Ook nu pas weer nadat we hen opnieuw een e-mail gestuurd hadden dat we na 2 weken nog niets vernomen hadden.
Waarschijnlijk nog steeds personeelstekort, maar fijn dat het nu afgehandeld is.

Ik had een geweldige ervaring met Huurteam Netherlands. Na afloop van mijn huurcontract in Lelystad probeerde de verhuurder bijna €3000 in te houden voor vochtproblemen die niet mijn schuld waren. Huurteam Netherlands heeft alles geregeld: ze hebben mijn contract gecontroleerd, de legaliteit van de huur nagegaan en ervoor gezorgd dat ik een groot deel van mijn geld terugkreeg. Hoewel ik een redelijke commissie heb betaald, was het absoluut de moeite waard. Zeer aan te raden!

Ik had in breda grote problemen met mijn huurbaas (particulier)
En toen ik twijfels had over de huurprijs ben ik huurteam gaan inschakelen.

Ze waren transpirant over de tijd dat het kon duren , in het begin hoorde ik weinig van ze maar uiteindelijk na een korte tijd hadden ze van alles ingeregeld om te kijken naar de huurprijs.

Uiteindelijk ga ik 200 euro minder huur betalen !! Ik leg daarmee een comissie af van 33% over 12 maanden.

Je zou denken is veel geld maar dat geld is al verdwenen naar die stomme huurbaas die mij aan het melken is !!

In mijn ogen meer dan waard!

En het geld terug krijgen van de huurbaas is ook een probleem opzich want heel veel particuliere verhuurders weigeren dat te doen maar ook hierin gaat huurteam helpen !
Zoals hij zelf zei : je gaat hoe dan ook je geld krijgen, daar zorgen wij voor!

Ik had maanden lang hulp gezocht over de problemen met mijn huurbaas maar huurteam is het enige en tot nu toe beste partij geweest die mij daadwerkelijk helpte.

After a very long process, I finally received a settlement thanks to Huurteam. As a newcomer to the Netherlands, my first rental contract had a "all-in" rent price and was hundreds of euros too high per month! Huurteam came to my apartment, made measurements, and helped me fill out the Rent Check form. They then filed a case against my landlord with the Huurcommissie for me, and I was able to receive all of the money I overpaid over months of renting. The Huurcommissie team was always very kind and generous to me. The response time was not always very fast, but I could not be happier with the outcome of this process.
