Had a trade account with Huws for some time, as they’re very local to me. I don’t spend a fortune there but I do spend a few grand a year. I went in for 2 bags of self level. Got charged £36, which I thought was very high. It isn’t the first time I’ve been charged list price for items, only for them to “realise” they hadn’t put my discount on, and amended. This time I queried it and showed Nigel I could get them for 40% cheaper elsewhere, with a simple Google search. The way he looked at me and spoke to me like something he’d just trod in was disgusting. It took all my composure to keep my mouth shut and not lose my temper. It’s not the first time he’s done this and I’ve seen him do it to others. I’ll never buy from them again

Response with delivery timescale was non existent. When I phones I was told delivery was for 7 days hence, this date was clearly generated internally not my request.
Having resolved this issue the delivery was made that afternoon and as usual the products are first class.

I ordered £175.82 worth of goods from the Huws Gray website. It contained 1 Tonne of topsoil. The confirmation note said that I would be contacted before delivery. I wasn't! The 1 Tonne bag was left is the incorrect place when I was away from home. Although that was dealt with 2 days later, I am still waiting for a wheelbarrow wheel and the correct 5litre paint to arrive! Please deliver what I have ordered as you are preventing me from completing the work.

Quick delivery of all materials required for bench construction. Delivery guy dealt with a couple of below quality items promptly and efficiently.

Bought a Milwaukee blower through and found there delivery and customer service prompt and efficient.

I bought a bag of stones, it has been delivered within 3 days and delivery man is nice & helpful.

Emailed with a delivery date, didn’t turn up. Phoned and was given another delivery slot, no apology, didn’t turn up. Phoned, was given another delivery date, no apology, was supposed to come in the morning, didn’t come until the afternoon. Only apologised when I phoned and asked to speak to the manager. Won’t be using again

Can't fault the product or the price, but there was ZERO communication regarding the delivery. Never again.

Ordered and was given 2 dates for delivery. Arrived a day earlier than these but fortunately not a problem for us as we were in.

At the time of ordering there was clear information on web site that not all items were held in stock so I was prepared to wait. Quickly received an email from my local store confirming this and information on how long I could expect to wait. The delivery was complete within the week. Happy customer
