We are sorry that you are dissatisfied, but shipping costs are not determined solely by the price or actual weight of a part.

Carriers calculate their rates based on several factors, including package dimensions, dimensional weight, destination, and the shipping service selected. For example, a filter or panel may weigh only 2 or 4 lbs but require a large package, in which case the carrier charges according to dimensional weight.

Your review does not include the part number, destination, or order details. Therefore, we cannot verify or explain the specific quotation you received. The shipping price displayed on our website is calculated according to the product, its dimensions, the destination, and the available transport services; it is not an arbitrary amount added by our company.

There could also be a calculation error, as a shipping charge of $295 would not normally correspond to a small package weighing only 2 or 4 lbs. This is precisely why we need the product reference and delivery ZIP code: so that we can review the quotation and correct it if an error has occurred.

Furthermore, customers are welcome to arrange collection using their own carrier or their UPS, FedEx, or DHL account if they can obtain a better rate.

Please contact us with the part number and delivery ZIP code. We will gladly review the shipment and check whether a more economical option is available. However, publicly accusing a company of being a “rip-off” without providing the information needed to identify the product or shipment does not fairly reflect the situation.

Nous regrettons sincèrement votre mécontentement.

Toutefois, nous souhaitons préciser certains éléments concernant votre dossier.

Dès réception de votre réclamation du 11 juin 2026, notre équipe a étudié votre demande et vous a accompagné tout au long de la procédure. Comme indiqué dans nos échanges, le matériel avait été contrôlé avant expédition et aucune anomalie n'avait été constatée.

Dans le cadre d'un dommage de transport, les transporteurs exigent habituellement des réserves émises au moment de la livraison ou des éléments permettant d'établir que le dommage est survenu avant la réception. Malheureusement, dans ce dossier, aucune réserve n'a été formulée à la livraison et l'emballage extérieur ne présentait pas de dommage apparent.

Après examen complet de votre dossier par notre service des réclamations, nous n'avons pas été en mesure d'établir l'origine du dommage ni d'engager la responsabilité du transporteur ou de notre société.

Nous comprenons que cette décision puisse être décevante, mais elle résulte uniquement des éléments objectifs dont nous disposons.
