After 5 weeks they never shipped my loveseat or sent a refund

Purchased a $2000 loveseat on 2/23. Today is 3/28 and it still hasn't been shipped or refunded. I contacted CS after a week and they said they would get back to me and never did. Reached out again a couple days later and was told it would ship at end of the 2nd week, it did not. Contacted them again after 3 weeks and couldn't get a straight answer. After 3 weeks, opened a case. This company did not respond in any way. Tried Contacting them again this week, they do not respond.

Terrible customer service

I have a Hydeline sofa. Very comfortable but have a problem with the leather arm being sticky. Nothing fixes it. The company says leather only guaranteed 12 months, I've had it 18 months. I complained and they finally agreed to send leather specialist. He said he's only seen this problem once and he can't fix it that it will stay fixed. He recommended they replace the part. I waited a month and had to call. They said I'd have to pay over $200 for the arm and pay someone to replace it. I said that was unacceptable and she said she'd talk to management and call me by Monday. It's been 5 days. Supposed to be high quality leather and high end furniture. I've wasted over $2,000. Company ignoring me. I will never buy or recommend Hydeline again. I will post my review on this company in every possible site online.

Poor quality and poor customer service

I bought a reclining leather sofa and loveseat and there were cosmetic issues from the beginning-uneven sewing and bad puckering They did agree to replace two sections due to poor craftsmanship. I received only one of the two and it took 10 months and many emails/phone calls to receive the second. Part that was replaced last year has already gone flat in the head cushion and they don’t restart the warranty on a replacement part so I’m stuck with flat head cushions. Do not get their reclining sofa if that backs are not against a wall as the backs do not lay flat and will have badly bunched up leather. Yes they do warn you on the website that their will be stretching and puddling on the seat cushions but it is excessive and more than the furniture repairman said was normal and looks really bad after only a few months. I’m very embarrassed for people to see this couch and loveseat I spent thousands on.

I bought a Belfast couch and love seat and the color did not look close to the swatch or pictures on their website. They offered me a $200 credit but never followed thru with the credit to date. Quality seems OK so far but I’m second guessing their integrity by never issuing the credit they promised!

I purchased two very expensive loveseat…

I purchased two very expensive loveseat recliners. After 13 months the off-white leather loveseat recliner the leather is coming off. Customer service has been running me around for 2 weeks saying oh we're going to get someone out there. Now they're telling me that the big bosses are not going to send anybody. I would never buy another piece of furniture from these people again.

As a person who has purchased leather…

As a person who has purchased leather furniture for years, I can wholeheartedly say that this is one of the best companies I have worked with. After reading some of the negative reviews, I was shocked! The people complaining are not understanding how leather furniture works. If you abuse the leather with incorrect cleaner or hair products or do not clean or condition it correctly, it will fade or cause peeling. My experience with their customer service team was beyond exceptional and I would recommend their product to all my friends and family. In fact, I used their products to furnish all my rental properties and havent had one quality issue.

Bad customer service. They do not stand behind their products

I purchased 2 leather recliners and within 6 months the arm of one of the chairs started peeling. They sent out a tech who confirmed it was peeling, cosmetically touched it up but will not replace the arm. The chair will continue to peel and it will be out of warranty so I will have zero recourse. This is not acceptable. Who wants to spend over 3,000 on 2 chairs just to have the leather peel.

We bought two Torino leather mechanical…

We bought two Torino leather mechanical loveseats and a matching chair. It’s been about 18 months since we bought them. Now, one of the seats does not fully come upright.

I called Hydeline to get the purchase date to see if there is warranty coverage. (Since it had been over a year, I didn’t think so but it was worth a try.) Not only did they look up my purchase date, they told me the loveseat was covered and that the furniture repair company will be contacting me in 24-48 hours for an appointment.

I was dreading calling customer service and getting put on hold and having to give my identification info more than once. This was handled quickly over chat with just my name and email. If every company had customer service like this, I would be a less stressed person.

Purchased sofa and loveseat.
All three mechanisms broke after an inspector looked at the products.hydeline has taken already taken 3 months so I am now calling Amazon to let them know about the horrable service repair of these items.i would Never buy from them again. I want this oroduct administer sofa and recliner out of my house forever. Very disappointed customer. Padding failure and all 3 mechanisms are all bad after hydeline insoection. Two months and still have not resolved this problem. Calling Amazon again to get these out of my home and credit my account full credit. Too many defects involved. I will fight to the end to get this furniture out of my house. Many calls to Amazon with no help in sight. Don’t purchase buyers beware…Horrible customer Service period. Westminster sofa and recliner. Not comfortable and all 3 mechanisms broke either before the got here or with one month of use. M lCorrea Diamond Bar California I wished I never purchased these. Customer is lacking in and on service to repair when they know their parts are bent and defective.

DO NOT Purchase from Hydeline

I purchased a Reclining Sofa from Hydeline that arrived to me on March 21st, 2023. In well under 1 year the color of the leather completely faded from the headrest area. According to Hydeline, this is not considered a defect and they will not do anything to cover it. If you're looking for a quality product with quality customer service, you need to look elsewhere. Buyer Beware!

Exceptional experience…

I placed a custom order for a love seat. Prior to processing the order they sent a sample to insure that I approved of the color. They indicated that the delivery would take 14-16 weeks, it was delivered in 12 weeks.

The love seat is beautiful, and very comfortable. It is the exact color and style I expected. It looks exactly as it did online.

I also think it important to mention that Hylinde used an excellent delivery company. The delivery was exceptional, the company provided a two hour delivery window rather than the usual four hour window.

I've had a somewhat mixed experience…

I've had a somewhat mixed experience with this company. I ordered an ottoman to go with a sofa and chair that I purchased on Overstock. I was told it was in stock and would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. A month later, I was told it was on a boat sitting in a dock. I didn't get it for almost 2 months. The cushion on my chair has a huge crease in it after 2 months. Not at all what I was expecting for such an expensive sofa. They did contact a repair company immediately after I reported my issue, so I will see how that goes.
