Trading during restricted high-impact news events is clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions and in the Challenge Rules page before purchase. These aren’t “hidden” — they’re part of how we manage firm risk and ensure a level playing field for all traders.
We absolutely welcome skilled traders, but compliance with rules is non-negotiable. Many firms don’t enforce these standards — we do, and it’s what allows us to stay fast, consistent, and sustainable.

I was charged twice 197 by the Wolfpack…
I was charged twice 197 by the Wolfpack course , refunded one charge and now the course has been restricted. Hydra also I was charged 45 the 2nd time but didn’t get to finish.

I don't like your platform.
I don't like the crypto trading platform, I think it's made for forex and stocks, If you'd look at any trading platform for crypto, it is way more user friendly and makes figuring your ratios a lot easier. Also you have no learning material on your platform at all, at least Bitfunded has an academy so you can go learn their platform. Based on my experience I won't be coming back. I really think that the way of success on this platform is if you get to $100000 or higher platform, and well some just can't afford that.

We know that the trading experience is different than what you're accustomed to on traditional crypto exchanges and we hope to be able to bring that experience to crypto traders in the future.
GooeyTrades (our broker) does provide tutorial videos regarding the platforms which we have links to on our website if that's what you're looking for.
